    Dear Sir,
    As being the regular customer of Royal Sundaram since last two years I am feeling very harassed while writing this mail. Since last two years I haven’t taken any claim from you but now when I need the claim your team is harassing me like anything, not ready to give the claim, I am sending you the photographs of my car. Please look into it and solve the matter as soon as possible.
    My claim no is PV00666704, Surveyor was Mr. Manjeet Singh, and direct dealing of my claim is being process by Mr. Ravi and he is arguing with me regarding my claim. I have claimed for my car bumper, fog light and side mirror only, as car was hit from right side, my old damage on left side fender I didn’t claimed.
    If my right side bumper is damaged then it’s quite natural that fog light also got damaged, also there is damage in right side mirror.
    You are again requested to please solve the matter as this matter is already much delayed and approve my claim. My car is standing in workshop since 25.08.2020.

I am also frussted from royal sundram ins., I am continuously last 6 yrs regular customer of sundram finance but my vehicle bolero camper RJ 19 gf 5330 is hutted,,,, inform to ins.company , he says get damage quotation from Mahindra first choice he take quotation 16000/– but surveyer take survey report and finally claimed pass 7500/- approx ,,,,I am calling insurer calling he says its finally , totally fraud with me anyone no responsible , why get zero depth insurance ,,,,,plsss justifyyyy….????

  5. I have been trying to renew my insurance policy online but could not do so. Sent 3 mails but no response. Customer care number doesn’t get connected from my registered mobile. Everyday getting SMSs for renewal, without resolving the core issue. I am harassed.

  6. Customer care no. Is only a irritation and apart from that RS has not provided anything for customers. If normal service requests are not being lessoned then what to expect in emergency!
    One has to think deeply to Port or switch from such irritating service provider.
    On Twitter they only work to reply as ‘kindly DM your concern’ and after DM they sleep deeply.
    Also, no one can find contact details/email of any senior official from RS. This is the awful Monopoly they are running with.

    WORST SERVICE.
    I had made 50 above calls to customer service.
    Fraud company .
    Don’t purchase policy from this company.again they are saying to deposit the policy renewal amount

  9. I am chasing your company for the last 10 days to issue me a policy for which I have already made you an advance payment. I am an existing customer of Royal Sundaram Insurance company, I am holding a Health Insurance policy from this company for Last 7 Years . My Current SUM insured is Rs 4,80,000 in which i have received 80,000 as bonus.. The base cover is 4,00,000 . I have detected High sugar in the Month of Feb 2020 for which i am getting treated . My policy is due for renewal on 10th-Jan-2020 . I have contacted the customer care of Royal sundaram for the enhancement of my policy cover from 4,00,000 to 5,00,000 .A representative from Royal sundram Mr. Benny has suggested me for a New Product Life Line supreme with Enhance cover of 5,00,000 and he has provided me the application form which i duly filled. After the fulfillment of all relevant information and making the online payment of Rs 36,870 at the link provided by you .The Details of the payments are as follows
    Transaction ID: 1324805492, Request id: #66555919 i have made the payments from my axis bank Credit Card on 22/12/2020. Furthermore I have received a call that since i have mentioned high sugar i have to undergo a medical test from the empanel center . I expressed my desire and underwent the medical. Yesterday my medical reports were shared to me over mail which shows a high Hb1c Level . Today i have received a mail from the company that the enhanced sum assured is declined and as per the company policy i have to renew my existing policy.

    The renewal premium for my Policy No : MLF0027557000100 was Rs 35903 , whereas I have already paid Rs 36870 . So in that case please renew my policy and refund the extra paid amount of Rs 967 .

  10. My claim, for car damages damages, is rejected and the response of Motor Claims
    Officer through their e-mail dated December 24, 2020 is not
    satisfactory at all.
    The details are as follows:

    Claim Number PV00692941
    Date of Accident : 04/11/2020, 02:30 PM
    Reference: ‘Royal Sundaram=001-953-424’ – Motor Insurance.

    Further, according to email to me , by MS Divya Grievance Redressal,
    Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co.Limited, it is stated that
    “Further to the discussions had with the surveyor Mr Girish Patel, we
    had given you the option to consider the damages to left side rear
    door and left side quarter panel as a new claim on submission of duly
    filled and signed claim form.”

  11. I claimed the insurance after my accident on 17/09/2019. But yet not settled. Now its 27/02/2021. Totally disgusting. My vehicle repairing estimation is even more than the IDV, which i can not afford. So i requested to your office asking for an amount back to my account and i want to submit my RC also. But not solved. Not at all satisfied with your company. I have decided to make a complaint to consumer court on behalf of this problem.

  12. I had made a claim for the damage to my car on the way to Pune. The car was towed to My Car Wakad on 21st March 2021. The said claim was denied without assigning any reason. I had requested for a survey report and evidence of the survey on 1st April 2021 and have not received the same till date. I am told that to give a survey report to the customer they need permission from HO. This I find a a little out of the way. If a survey report has been made for my car then why is it a secret from me? Can someone please respond to this? For further information I may be contacted on my email ID given below.

  13. Harassing customers is common for Royal Sundaram, no one should buy any policy with “not at all Royal” Sundaram. It’s more than 15 days my vehicle is standing the garage waiting for Royal Sundaram to send the parts and after passing the pass through and fro finally they have asked another one week, funny part is they still haven’t shared the proper computation of the cost with us. This needs to be know by every social media platform and no one should ever by any product from this company. Thanks Royal Sundaram for letting me know this scam, will ensure I pass on this to most out there to avoid their losses.

  14. When I was abroad I requested quote for renewal premium for my extended stay, well in advance. The policy was purchased through policybazaar.com. Despite several follow ups through Policy Bazaar, the Company did not send the renewal quote till the last day of the policy. The Company could not come up even with a convincing answer to my query with respect to late arrival of the renewal quote. I have raised a complaint thru IRDAI too, but of no use till date (06th July 2021). I do not know what IRDAI is also doing. Please do not take any policy from this company even if they offer it for free. Further do not buy the policy through policy bazaar too as the services have been very bad.

    There is a issue with royal, i have a e Rickshaw which was fell down in a dig.
    And differential was broken..
    I have registered a complaint about it.
    A Surveyor came at the repairing center… He took some pics and said claim will be passed please repair and send me bill.. i did that.. now i just called him about claim he refused to do that. He said no claim will not be passed.
    He abused me said whatever you want to do do that. And said i won’t let you to get claim.. now you will not get claim do whatever,, even he refused to let his name.
    As a dealer monthly i was doing policy more then 300 in all over haryana even in varanasi, from now.. no insurance will be from Royal..becouse of royal Sundaram people biheviour very bad and abusive.
    Surveyor who said i challenged i wont let u to get claim.
