  1. There is only one person available on the number +91-9819547085 mentioned here, she can not ether transfer the call or can’t ask manager to talk. So no complaint resolves here.

    As my complaint number is #SR054915.

    They only can sale their products. after if there any complaint or problem comes they will bluntly deny with a foolish reason even the product is under warranty.

    So I would say people are very careless and unprofessional who sits on the table or may be this is a company policy where they don’t care after the product goes in customers hand ✋.

  3. i have lodge a complaint on 11th Nov an till date i have sent my email to care but except computer generated email they hardly bother to reply.my complaint noi is #SR063838.
    Their helpline no is also not working . you cannot call on this no. pls resolve this issue other i will file a case against safari India. all the evidence and proof i have against you guys.

  4. The customer care is not responding to our problems. Not taking responsibility of their words and not replying on mail. Their 5 year warranty is just for the sake of “name”, else no solutions. They are not replying on mails.

  5. Safari support and warranty process is not good. I bought a trolly bag and it’s wheel got break and when i log complaint in customer care. Safai customer care told me that it is not a manufacturing defect so it is not under warranty. Totly frustration with Safari brand. It it is a manufacturing defect then why customer bought any product. what a jock Safari. My complaint number SR094908. Can any one ping here Safari mmail Id, twiter handler, it would be great help.

  6. My complaint dated 28.10.21(SR 117096), is not attended at all. Only after my calls, blind assurances are coming that the issue will be resolved early, And I will get an e-mail that some details / photos are needed. After complying the requirements, after my follow up call, I am getting the standard reply “Thank you for your mail.
    Your details have been forwarded to the concerned team, we will get back to you soon.
    Appreciate your patience with us”. The Customer Service is very poor. Customer care official is not bothered to listen our grievances. She is not ready to transfer the call to their Superior or the contact no of the Superior.
    It looks like that the Company is not bothered about the Customers at all

  8. The customer care is not responding to our problems and no reply on mail his tat is always failed and every time to foolish their customer.Their 5 year warranty is only for maximum client aquisition and boost their sales.

  9. Pathatic Service, only make false commitments.. It’s being more than a month that i have made a complaint, however still making wrong commitments to deliver the replacement within next 10-15 days… It’s a standard statement which has been taught to all the call center agents.. My complaint no. 13784… still no resolution..

    Entire team give wrong commitments and even mislead the customer and with no regrets..

    Bhagwan Bachai Safari Team se and next time will never buy a Safari Product.

    I have raised a complaint of a bag on 22nd of April with complaint No. 13784. Till now I am unable to find the replacement & in my last 5-6 calls no resolution.. They have a standard reply that we will get back.

    No escalation id is available for customers, lookalike that they don’t want to resolve issues raised by customer.. Completely a false commitment team…

  11. Company least bothered about warranty of product. Innocent customer has to suffer. The card provided is just a farce. New bag purchased, set of three, changed the code and verified it twice as it was cabin bag. Placed all important documents. On reaching airport, the lock malfunctioned and refused to open. Left with no choice but force open zipper to retrieve the papers. Major inconvenience carrying it all around with this condition. When came back and lodged complaint against Ticket ID: 66729. We get a standard reply “The product failure is due to mishandling of the puller / zipper while unlocking the bag, which is not covered under warranty”. The company is only interested in selling product and least bothered about the quality and warranty.

    pls let me me know the TAT ,and resolve this issue otherwise i will file a case against safari India.

I hv purchased a safari trolly suitcase ln may 2023 and hv used it only once now the zip has given away and is not in working condition,i hv been to the Spencer hyper market at vizag but they refused to replace n asked to raise a complaint wt safari which was done wt no 143835 n there is no response till time… After taking a product on confidence and for no fault of mine I was to suffer n on top of it my daughter is leaving to Canada this Saturday and I have to go for a new one again… Is this the way safari is handling complaints..its Very sad and surprising… That u r putting customers into such incontinence… PLS arrange immediate replacement without any further delay.

  14. I have complained regarding quality of bag with ticket no 253251. The complaint is approved but since 60 days it is not resolved. No any person contact me for replacement of bag. No reply from customer care executive also.
