  7. On 2nd of June I have purchased a Samsung 4k ultra HD TV from Amazon. The product was delivered to me on 4th of June. On the same day I reached out to customer service for installation. Till date I have not received any call from engineer for installation. After several follow up with customer services of both #samsungindia & #Amazon I got the information that due to lockdown they are unable to provide the service and can’t confirm when the installation will happen. And moreover there was no such information updated on #amazon that the services will only happen after the lockdown is over, it was only mentioned that it might get delayed.
    How much of delay a customer can assume when the SLA is 48 hours?
    Now, when #samsung is unable to provide the service to the customer then why are they selling the product in #amazon.
    Now if the installation doesn’t happen before the 10 days of replacement window and after that if there is any damage or dispute in the product, who is going to pay the price for it?
    It’s a harresment for the customer.

  9. Respected Sir/Mam,

    I am sending you this email to bring in your notice that I am not pleased with post sales service of Samsung. I have been using Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G from October’ 2020. From the very initial days I had an issue in handset with calling. Whenever I placed a call On loud speaker the recepient on call heard interference noises and it was unbearable! I visited the nearest authorized service center in my area. They got the microphone replaced. Issue still persisted. Later the service center replaced my handset’s motherboard and it took almost 3 months for the entire work to be done. I received the phone day before yesterday and found out camera is not working properly. Now, the phone is with service center. My phone was dismantled several times. Now the phone has got minor scratches here and there!

    All I’m asking is that being a Samsung lover and a geniune customer for years, investing Lakhs of amount for devices and home appliances is this the kind of service I expect from Samsung? Can’t this handset be replaced? I invested particularly INR 105000.00 for a premium flagship device, trust me I never expected such service Samsung provides for a premium customer. I will humbly request you to kindly check into the concern and get a replacement of the device.

    Sub: Samsung HD 55 inches TV PC Board problem – reg.

    I am to bring to your kind attention that I have purchased a Samsung Smart TV 55 inches (Model Code : UA55H6400ARLXL, Version No: AS01; S/N : HO153PCF6OO286X); I also attaching the image of the details taken for your kind perusal and reference. On informing the local Service technician at Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu, India, he came and placed an order for the board. But twice unsuitable boards have come. I am actually without the TV for more than a month. When I enquired about the board with the Samsung Service office at Chidambaram They told me that we are trying for the board …. board !!. So please look into the matter and set right the problem atleast now or do any other alternative. I hope that a convincing mail shall come to me at the earliest and my problem shall be solved.

    Yesterday, I have visited Samsung customer care center Rewari for Two times Then in last,
    Mr. Yashpal committed me our engineers will diagnose problem at problem place on date 19/01/2022.
    If not solve problems, then they will consider Samsung D.O.policy .
    In this way, Today, I am waiting for a full day for Samsung care response.

    I have your Samsung RT33 JSRZE SP 321 L refrigerator which needs a gasket replacement.(Out of warranty period now). Tried to connect with your service team via your portal and logging a complaint, but received very poor response…… !!

    I did call your toll free number, they sent me a franchisee’s franchisee (Samsung Franchisee’s sub contractor), who never got the spare despite telling him that I needed a gasket replacement from my refrigerator. I had also shared the model details along with pictures of the refrigerator before he visited my place. The technician visited my place took a look at the gadget and told me that it would take them a couple of months to organize the gasket and asked me to deposit money for the spare…..(Depositing advance money not understandable), he also demanded service/visit charges despite the fact that he never did anything but tell me it would take two months or more for the spare…….

    When I called your toll free number, I asked them about the TAT for the complaint and the SLAs for the same, your call center executive never had an answer, instead she kept telling me that a technician would visit my place, however she wasn’t sure when……. Never expected this from Samsung

    Is this the way a consumer complaint is handled by Samsung??? Are your call centre executives not aware about TAT for customer complaints, the SLAs for resolutions etc, are they not trained enough to handle and resolve customer complaints……???

    I request your intervention to have the required gasket shipped to me on payment basis OR complaint on my refrigerator resolved ASAP.

    Looking forward to a line in quick response.

    I am JC GUPTA having SAMSUNG Referigertor 315 Liters double door, the problem is its uper compartment is having cooling but down side not getting cooling effect. The complaint has been attended by service provider he replaced its both the relay but same status as per him inside puff OR thermocole is having minor crack and its picture is taken.     From the purchased date fridge not cooling properly

    Now the fridge is totally out of order and I also compalin your customers care from my registerd mobile no 8101368585 many time

    Your representative visit and take rs 450 as service charge but fridge is still not reparing they are telling us from last 60 days that parts is not available
    Please take necessary action

    I also complain madam Janki Bisht and Jyoti Chouhan but still no response.
    One of your representative Mr Ram karan calling me after 2 months and offer only 15% of total value. I am not satisfied with this service.
    Please refund full amount or a used fridge parts not available in your company thats your problem not my problem

I have purchased a double door refrigerator 420 litres in 2019. in 2022 I have to pay Rs 2800 for gas refill , now in 2023 its compressor is not working. the compressor is under warranty but the company is charging Rs 3800 for gas refill which will get released at the time of changing the compressor. My question to the company is that when they are giving a warranty on the compressor and they know that while changing the compressor , gas and other products need to be changed then what is the use of the warranty when customer has to pay. this is just a gimmick to fool the customers. I think they deliberately make the bad quality product so that the customer keeps on paying for ever and ever. in these 3-4 years i have been charged almost Rs 7000 .In the coming years the repair on this useless product is going to charge me even more than the new product. Moreover the customer has no value for them . I have been complaining to several people in samsung but they have no solution to the customer’s suffering. Their useless policies are over and above the service that they provide to the customers. My advice to everyone is to boycott all Samsung products as I had faced a similar issue with their AC as well in the past.
