Its about over a month. Its started on 9th june and still under investigation by their team. I haven’t seen these kind of people in my life ever. They just love to talk about we are brand brand brand and brand but they even doesn’t know value of brand & services. A brand have responsibilities for customers and their own rapport but these people actually worthless and standing with worthless concept. Its 2nd time when I am stuck with this brand name. Fraud Shoppersstop. Even their name should be ScammersStop of FraudsterStop.
No problem i have raised a complaint in consumer court. Lets see how much they love their rapport.

“Its about refund. I still not received refund of my returned products. I received my order on 12th june and return request was posted on same day and next day it was picked up by your courier guy. After that its now 18+ days but refund still not received. I lodged complaint 3 to 4 times but no updates. Its really pathetic experience with you people. Pictures of poor products are also attached. I really hope you’ll be ashamed of your team to deliver such kind of products and revert me back with positive and quick response.”
Very true, other brands will show them exit door. Their customer service is very poor and motive is to cheat customer. I have ever experienced such a pathetic customer service, soon they will be out from this industry.
I had ordered some ladies garments on 28.07.2023. My profile phone no. had been updated while ordering. However while delivering on 31.07.2023, the Blue Dart sent an OTP to my old phone no which was non functional since long. I requested them that I am ready to show my passort or aadhar card for verification of my identity. But nothing satisfied the blunt person who was hell bent on the OTP and left without delivering the products. I registered 2 complaints with the Customer Service Cell, # CAS 5681623 B4P5X3 dated 01.08.2023 & CAS 5685611 T7G7S7 dated 03.08.2023. Although the reply to the above complaints had been to resolve the issue 72 hours nothing tangible happened. So on 04.08.2023 I lodged another complaint with the Grievance Redressal Cell # CAS 5688044 F1P6S3 dated 04.08.2023 only to be assured that the matter of non delivery would be resolved within 72 hours.
I have not heard anything from the Grievance Redressal Cell. I rang up the Customer Service Cell No. 18004196648 on 09.08.2023 only to be assured that the matter would be resolved within 3 working days.
I requested either to deliver the products or refund the amount.
Even after the expiry of 24 days neither I have received the products nor the refund.
I think this is a raw deal from an organisation like Shoppers Stop who cannot resolve a minor issue even after 24 days while promising only 72 hours to bear with them. In fact 428 hours have passed with no tangible results on my favour; neither I have the ordered products nor do I have the money paid to you. I think this is gross injustice towards me.
