I had insured a commercial vehicle, the details of which are as follows, I wanted to transfer this insurance, I asked your staff to transfer it since one month, but after repeated reminders , On 14th2023 January surveyor came photo and all type of documents were taken but till now insurance transfer is not done, I called and asked for insurance details then they again make different excuses, I am very unhappy with your service, In future Shriram will neither take the policy himself nor will I suggest anyone to get insurance from Shriram General Insurance

I am Ashu Rastogi S/o Late. Sri Ram Niwas Rastogi R/o House No. 83nd Floor Radley Shyam Park Krishna Nagar, Delhi -110051.
I have a Shriram General Insurance Policy No. 108057/31/23/003925 against my Commercial Vehicle No. DL1ZD0280. This is to inform you that my vehicle had accidented dated 12.05.2023 and inform to your customer No. dated 13.05.2023 and claim registered on 13.05.2023 vide Claim Number: 10000/31/24/N/0016383.
Now I would like to inform you that I am regularly follow up with your customer care but they always give concern person number of Mr. Paras Contact No. 01414951149 but Mr. Pasar did not attend any call from 13.5.2023 to 05.07.2023 approx. 62 days completed.
I have been using Shriram General Insurance for the last 2-3 year now, the first time I registered a claim. So why are you not approving my claim?
Just I checked the claim status from your website and they are showing that I sold my car to anyone. How is this possible, I am the owner of the above car, kindly for your information Loan EMI paying from my savings account and All India Permit is in my name so can I sell my car? (screenshot attached for your reference).I am alive, not dead. You can verify about me.
Why are you not resolving my claim and tell me if the claim will be not approved, if you don’t want to approve or have any intention to not approve the claim. please tell me?
You committed at the time of buying insurance that we resolve the claim within 24 hrs. So where is your initiative for me?
I am also doing a small job and my salary is not enough to pay the EMI without vehicle earning.
Kindly understand this is a commercial vehicle & I am losing my business and paying Loan for the last 2-3 month without any earning.

Untrained Surveyor failed in explain ur vehicle insurance policy clear to customer
Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Sahil Kumar customer of Shree Ram General Insurance. My vehicle no- HR26DG7914 covered under your claim policy . My vehicle front mirror damaged in parking so after that I visited windshield branch for change mirror under insurance policy but that day there was technical issue to connect with ur customer care for surveyor & on the same branch there was no facility of cashless. So after that I visited to other branch where cashless policy available. So I took decision for withdraw my previous claim from windshield and initiate new from another . But before cancellation ur surveyor not told me that if ur withdraw ur claim than your mirror will remove from covered insurance.
And how this is possible if I my mirror not changed under ur policy , even ur surveyor not visited to me than how my mirror remove from my covered insurance.
So, dear sir I want to change my mirror under my covered policy than pls provide ur convenient support.
I hope u will find a way for solving this miscommunication gap between me & surveyor.
