Now the vehicle is in the custody of Shriram Finance and they sold the car without the knowledge of me.Now the problem is they are not giving NOC for the settled vehicle and demanding an amount for the settled vehicle and refusing to give the NOC which has delayed giving NOC for three months . I have submitted my vehicle insurance mgsrit805160028 policy photocopy to field officer in June 2020 because he said to me that in May 2020 a new insurance policy activated automatically but I make them clear I already purchased Insurance policy by other company so he said to me that he make it cancel. In December 2020 I went Stfc Branch Mughalsarai for settlement but I was shocked to know that Stfc insurance policy on my vehicle is still active in my loan account. I complain to branch manager and give my old insurance policy and requested to cancel Stfc Vehicle insurance policy.Since then I went many times to branch and I want to settlement my loan case but still Insurance was not canceled. Please make it cancel so I can make settlement my loan case by deposit remaining amount.
