This machine is not properly working.
First problem starts from October 2020
My machine was completely off in month of december.it was repaired by company engeneer.
But from 2nd feb it wad not working
So what i should do ?
My total work is hampered.
Our hospital is 80 beded
Its too much frustating not to examine patients.
There is financial loss also.
If I don’t get proper reply from company.
Last option for me to take legal advice.

Dear Sirs
On 23.10.2016, I bought a Siemens built-in refrigerator vide invoice no.839( attached) from your dealer in Bangalore( Arjay Retail)
Within a short of 4 + years, a few days ago, the unit stopped working. We have had refrigerators before of other brands but never has the compressor given way in such a short period of time. This is very disappointing.
I lodged an online complaint and after 72 hours your technician visited my residence and inspected the unit.
On inspection of the unit, he informed us that the compressor was not working and had to be replaced and since it was still under Warranty we did not have to pay for the new compressor unit.
Surprisingly he told us that we would have to pay for the gas refill ( Rs.3000/-) as well as the drier( Rs.1000/-+) as the gas had to be refilled when ever the compressor was replaced.
What we don’t understand is if the compressor has to be replaced for no fault of our and primarily being a poor product, and if there are ancillary costs involved forming part of the replacement of the compressor , why should the end user be liable for these costs as explained above. This is most unfair on the part of the Company and is really not a complete warranty in the real sense.
We are struggling without a refrigerator in peak summer and request you to speed up the process and speak to your officers Mr. Naveen and Mr. Vivek from Bangalore, India to do the needful
We request you to be fair to your customers and replace the compressor and the gas filling + filter at your expense.

This is Karishma Chellani from Chembur sir i have purchased washing machine of your company but in 4 year the machine started showing problems mechanic from oriental services came to repair 4times i have nearly spent 20 k for it repairs . A week before also they charged me Rs 3000 for replacement of display but after few days again the diaplay was not working yesterday mechanic came he started the display and again charged me Rs 500 and went away putting the machine on drum clean mode after say about 20-25 minutes heat started to come out of the machine we stopped the machine directly by switching off the plug now my machine body is damaged. There was no issues in my machine before i am contacting your service people they are not receiving my call nor responding to my whatsapp.
I request you to do the needful.i hope a positive response from you.

My siemens washing machine created some trouble during march 2020. their technicians asked me to change the drum. accordingly, the drum was replaced twice with another brand. i paid only once as the first replacement was with a substandard product of bosch. but even today the complaint was not rectified. now no is responding either to my phone call or email…except an auto replay
