My Booking File number is GS19019790 (Tour Name- France Swiss Panorama). My parents were supposed to go last year in May but due to pandemic, the tour got cancelled. Both of my parents are senior citizen and they contracted Covid during the second wave. We have asked SOTC to cancel our tour and refund the money as our Doctor said that my parents have low immunity due to various health complications and should not travel. I have booked through Ahmedabad Branch (Judges Bunglow Road) and the person in charge Neelam Ranwani had asked for my parents Covid positive report and letter from the doctor which i have submitted 2 months before. She is now saying that she has given the documents to Mumbai office and cannot give date when we will get refund. I AM VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE WHERE YOU ARE NOT GIVING REFUND ON GENUINE MEDICAL REASON. I WILL NEVER GO ON TOUR WITH YOUR COMPANY NOR WILL RECOMMEND ANYONE. I WILL ONLY TELL WHAT YOU ARE DOING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS TO EVERYONE.
I traveled through SOTC to Sri lanka in December 2022 we were 7 people group paid differently but here they put tcs on one name and on asking for certificate that we have paid differently but office people not responding
