Whom should I talk regarding franchise terms and condition
I had ordered Vegetables, etc. on 3rd August; received the delivery on from Spencer Retail, Quest Mall on time on 4th August.
To people of Kolkata, “Spencer” is a symbol of trust. How come a rotten stuff can be delivered to a Customer from the Flagship Retail store of Spencer Retail situated in Quest Mall?
Lastly, in Spencer Retail site, many pages are not opening, there is no mention of Senior Management or how to contact senior Management like MD, CEO or President? Lack of transparency what I mean.
Your customer Care does not respond to e-mail, if you call you would be able to contact if you are lucky. There is no email contact for Flagship Store as well as seniors. Extremely disappointing. Lodged Complaint, no one responded so far.

Burger bun=₹20 for 4 Pics it was ₹80
And
Facewash of Joy also 50% off
Joy charcoal =₹240 after discount=₹120
Hence I want refund for the amount
At that point of time I didn’t notice
The bill but while coming to
Home I notice the bill
I also attach this with the mail
This was the mis carelessness behaviour of Spencer staff.Even though the product have offer/discount still they charging the full price
I was over charged ₹120
Hence I want return
Else I will escalate to higher authorities
