Really disappointed with the response from class teacher Mrs.Kalpana Ravuri and Principal Mrs. Shaik Sabera Sultana. They removed my daughter from her class group without any deadline given to pay the fees which leads to children mental sensitive issues. This is not the first time they are behaving like this. When I requested them that I do not want to purchase books as I have existing one to use for my children. They are forcing me to avail the books if not will not allow your child to have Rank Guru as a warning. I got surprised by listening these kind of words from unethical staff in such a great reputed Institute. As I do not want to disturb my children academic year decided to purchase Rank Guru as they committed for 2000/- but no response till now after so many reminders. They are really torchering my child mentally by adding and removing from groups, Then I decided my kids to make them step out of the school by admitting in another institute. Now they are blackmailing to pay 1st term fees to give my child’s last year report card which is ridiculous. They not even allowed my child to write the exams and how can your staff demand for fees. And who gave rights to principal questioning about a parent mentality on call for which I have call recording. In your Sri Chaitanya School Marathahalli branch my kids studies and I always I heard from them that basic hygiene is missing from school .Bathrooms are not cleaned and there is no handwash or soap for the kids to keep themselves clean and tidy .

Before a week I just change my rented accommodation where your school vehicle is also available to pick up & drop my son. I requested to Transport In charge (Mr. Ajit Gupta) for the same. When my son is getting ready for attend the school on 7th Feb, 2023 after pick up facility provide by management at 8 AM in morning, he sudden called me at 7 AM and said we can’t provide you, you need to drop your son before 1 KM. then some of nearby place we can pick up him then he can attend the school. After face this situation I drop him and also accept that from the beginning the school and vehicle timings are matched with other kids also so I have decided that regularly I’ll drop my son accordingly.
On yesterday before finish the school timings I received the call from Transport In charge (Mr. Ajit Gupta) and he said we can’t drop your son to your residents because the driver facing the problem in your society. In the explanation he said there is many cars are parked in road side, so we can’t drop your son at properly at your residence, you need to take him from society mail gate only.
About the entire scenario I wanted to speak with The Principal, but after call her, she said come to school and talk with management. If any kind of problem we are facing so it means we need to drop our job or business first then the management can talk with us. They are only using the cell phones for new admissions only they can’t help in other things.
I met with Academic Officer Mr. Yogesh Baghel for this issue, we are 3 persons in conversation. Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Ajit and I was, Mr. Ajit was many misbehaved with during the all conversation also trying to drawn me through his voice. Mr. Yogesh was promised me to visit my society or someone will visit on yesterday but still no one is visit the my society to resolve the issue. Even today I have made the video of my society to show them about the space and all but still they are bothering me and mentally harass my son.
The over all truth is the driver is not well trained also well mannered that’s why we are facing the issue. Here is no one wants to understand & resolve the problem.
I am requesting to the top management of Sri Chaitnya, kindly look into this matter asap.

My daughter is studying in SriChaitanya junior college, Aarya bhavan(Sumedha campus),Vijayawada. We are facing many problems due to discourteous and irresponsible behaviour of the Principal in the campus.Recently my daughter name was entered incorrectly (name assigned to some other parent) in the records of JAGANANNA AMMA VODI scheme from the college,Principal replied so arrogantly and said that ” I was not responsible for this mistake” and cut the call.Atleast she should try to solve the issue or let us know whom we can contact regarding the issue.
