My name is Anupam Yadav and I had registered a complaint on sunflame customer care on 16th March 2021 regarding my chimney which is making a lot of noise with my phone no.9034853812(Akhilesh). Till now ,no one has visited my house to get is fixed.
When, I called the customer care for the follow up today they cut my phone three times and did not provided me any information.
I tried calling the technician as well but he also did respond to my issue.
The customer service that has been provided by the sunflame is

After registering the complaint I received a call from the technician but he misbehaved over call not listening to my concern and challenged me to get his complained register on customer care.

I have registered a complaint about my faulty chimney, customer care person said the complaint has been registered and the technician will visit within 24hrs, next day I received a call from technician, Who mentioned that I have received the complaint regarding your faulty chimney. He came to my house and told me the problems after checking the chimney, he said he had to take it to the service center for repair and he charged me RS.4750 with 1 year warranty. He gave me a bill in the name of 24*7 repairs, he said we have a contract with Sunflame and I was like okay. Now after 2 days I am starting to face the same problem and when i call that person he said I will come tomorrow to check, and from the next day he stopped responding to my calls. Then I called customer care and complained about the same, surprisingly the customer care person said we do not have any contract with this company and we did not send the technician. Now my question is how that person got my details and how he knows that i have raised a complaint in Sunflame, Is this some kind of scam that Sunflame is running, Why Sunflame CCE is sharing the customers information to third party and now who is responsible for my monitory loss.

My updated complaint number is : KOL2112130009. My previous compass number: KOL211200 was registered 20 days ago and I was assured that my finishing would be resolved in ten days. Now let me clarify my complaint. I have a gas range from you: SUNFLAME EXOTICA, with three burners, a hot plate, a gas broiler and an electric oven. This is a premium device which obviously has been bought so that it doesn’t have to be changed every two years. Now if my oven on/off knob has broken, I expect the company to keep its word and change the part in ten days.
However, even donkeys are cleverer than you lot, because obviously it isn’t registering inside your call centre agents that the knob needs to be replaced urgently!
It has now been 20days since the first complaint was filed where the company promised to change my knob. Now I have had to re register my complaint because some dimwit has very smartly closed the complaint without a resolution.
So here is my response. After countless calls and endless amount of irritation, I will give you one week to resolve my problem. After that, I am going to sue you to the ground. You can ask Mr Abhishek Mishra to speak directly to me in case I have not made myself clear.

I am one of the regular customer of Sunflame since 20 years. Sir, this is not the service i am expecting from a brand like this. I recently purchased Sunflame 4 Burner SS Crystal DX Plus Gas on 12/7/2021.From the first day, the were issues with the burner, tired of calling in customer care and raising the complain but still there isn’t any solution to this. Almost 1.5 years passed, but the people are saying to write a mail that only can help in changing my burners.All in all, I am highly disappointed with the quality and service of Sunflame.
