Am Vijay from Tamilnadu from Tirupur district. I bought the Gixxer sf 250 bike on 17/12/20 night 7.45pm from KARUNA Suzuki in Tirupur showroom. The product price Rs. 2laks. I received the complaint in my bike same day while I went my home from showroom. The complaint is knocking is sound coming from Engine valve while driving. I couldn’t come to show room next day due to 75kms distance between from my home. And I couldn’t get the leave from my company. Till now bike registration is not complete in RTO. Day by day engine valve knocking sound is increasing. This complaint am not facing till date in my previous bike (sf 150- 2019). Bike is struggling to pick up the speed while given the acceleration. Am also maintaining the speed in 4000 rpm (60 to 65km). Previously am very eager for purchase this bike. Now am very disappointed in this product, due to product have the complaint in engine part. I gave the bike for this complaint in showroom on 26/12/20 (Saturday afternoon). Service person checked this bike and confirmed this complaint. He tried to rectify the complaint, but he couldn’t not solve the problem. And knocking sound also increased after attended for this complaint. Please find attached the images of product purchase details and product images while technician attend the complaint.
When approached by the branch manager for this complaint he comes and says that nothing will be changed and the cart will be repaired instead. Now am very very disappointed in Suzuki brand. Because of product have the complaint in Engine part. Why showroom persons not proper checked the product before delivery to customer. This is major issue in this vehicle. My mind is not accept this complaint Vehicle. Because if I got this complaint by me, I can accept it. But this complaint is manufacturing defect. What happened to your R&D Team. What they are doing ??. I want new vehicle or refund the payment. Otherwise I decided to move consumer court for legal action against SUZUKI. Because I do not want to be affected by the carelessness that occurs during the manufacture of your vehicle.I hope you make a good decision so that your customer satisfaction.My vehicle is already in service center. I got the purchase invoice also on 26/12/20 while I gave the vehicle for this complaint. Kindly inform to you.

My name is Mohsin Shaikh and I took a burgman 6 months ago which is still getting spoiled quite often. I am facing issue with battery from first service, but necessary action was not taken by service advisor. At third service Suzuki service advisor tested battery and found faulty. After that I have submitted necessary documents to service center(Located in thane Mumbai Kiran Auto Wheels)
The service person Mr. Vijay Patil told us, If you want immediate battery replacement then you have to pay 350Rs or if you will proceed with service center procedure then you have to wait for 10 days for battery replacement and you have to pay 250Rs after battery replacement.
I am not able to understand, as battery is under warranty and it is manufacturing defect, So why should i pay any amount for the same.
Mr. Vijay patil (Service advisor) is asking for extra money for quick action instead customer support.
Kiran service employee(Mr. Vijay Patil) asking for bribe while we are taking service from Suzuki authorize service center.
I hope management will take strict action about this and respond me as soon as possible.
Now i have submitted battery for replacement and waiting for new one from 08/02/2021 but still i have not received any single response from suzuki service center.
its been more than 20 days i am waiting.

Dont worry the second battery will also fail in a span of 3 months. It took me 1 month to get a new battery (ammco) and that failed in 2 months. It is purely due to manufacturing defect only
Very unfortunate to experience poor service from suzuki. Battery gone down in exactly 9 months and was replaced after an year. Again the new battery (supplied by the OEM) vendor failed in 3 months. I bought the suzuki scooter hoping they get the best of batteries and other components supplied by their vendors. It is suzuki responsibility. But now the Suzuki is not in a position to help. I advise to avoid suzuki vehicles. Infact this is the 2nd scooter in a span of 10 years from the same dealership

My name is Kadir Shaikh. I bought suzuki Access on October 2020 from United Motors, mumbra. The same is registered in byculla mazagaon as SNJ motors.
My scooter ain’t giving my mileage for which I put a complaint to united motors itself. They took my vehicle and did something in its engine (No idea what they did) after which it’s mileage went worse.
I again registered a complaint with SNJ motors and they told me to come byculla. I told them I don’t have time to come there,instead please refer to some service center nearby me. They told to go Kiran suzuki service Thane. I went there, and after checking the vehicle they said its throttle body isn’t working and I’ll have to pay for it since it ain’t under warranty because other mechanic have opened the engine. The owner of united motors have thrown up thier hands and are saying it isn’t thier problem.
I’ve been cheated in this matter so please help me solving my vehicle issue.

This side Rizwsn Shaikh from mumbai and I bought Burgman street on December 2020.within 2 days of delivery,Battery got faulty and got replaced by Amco.Soon after first service while running on way, second time break down due to Battery as current was not passing and Fuel injector failed as result petrol supply stop. I have given my Suzuki acess 125 for minor repairs since one month at Umang motors workshop at Rithala Rohini Delhi Nothing has been done till now as the silencer is unavailable in the Suzuki company .Iam feeling harassed and regret buying this product
This case is being filed following a minor accident that caused minor damages to my bike Suzuku Gixxer (Registration No. TS 09 FR 22**) that was purchased from above mentioned dealer.
As per the instructions from Dealer we have made the requested amount of Rs.9827.00 against the spare parts & service charges in-advance, to ensure speedy repairs & minimal wait time for bike delivery post the repairs.
However, there was no response from the Dealer or Manufacturer even after the payment, multiple follow-up (via phone calls & e-mails) and also the Dealer & Manufacturer both lack Customer Centricity, No acknowledgement & Rude behavior towards my complaint.
We have also reported this incident to Suzuki on 06th Oct, 2021 with case # CAS-186401-C3R1W7.
Post the payment was made, Dealer behaved Rudely & asked either to wait for about 10 days or visit them once the spare parts were available, for which the payment was made in-advance to ensure fast services.
Even after waiting for 22days till today no proper response & same update that no availability of spare parts.
I have recently bought a Suzuki Access. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Suzuki and I won’t recommend it to anyone. Here the words of sales Manager “Hume Gadi Bechna Hai Agar Gadhe Bo Bhi Baap Banana Pade to Banao” as per these statements, according to Suzuki,your customer is “Gadhe” at the time I felt like a fool for preferring Suzuki.

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the services I received from your dealership in Basti Jodawala, Ludhiana last month. Unfortunately, the service provided by your mechanics was subpar, resulting in ongoing issues with my bike.
Following the initial service, I had to resort to external repairs from another bike repair shop due to unresolved problems. Today, while checking the engine oil, I made an alarming discovery – Prime Suzuki had utilized poor-quality engine oil during the service. As a consequence, the piston of my bike has been affected, leading to power loss and intermittent skipping while riding.
These issues have had a significant impact on my bike’s performance and safety. I am concerned about the responsible party for these problems and the potential risks associated with misshaping while driving.
I feel obligated to strongly discourage others from purchasing Suzuki two-wheelers based on my experience. The poor service I received and the use of inferior engine oil have caused inconvenience and additional expenses, and compromised the reliability of my bike
Access 125 purchased in November 23 is facing battery issues replaced twice in eight months what sort of technical issue is this the battery gets discharged every 3-4 months I suppose till 2 years warranty this replacement may happen free so have u bought a headache and I will have to buy 4 batteries in a year to maintain my auto start , why isn’t Suzuki maintaining stocks of battery for replacement the pune dealer Ace Kudale vishrantwadi has replaced it but the company inspite of knowing this glitch in the product isn’t trying to solve the issue on long term basis or maintain stocks of battery for replacement , inspite of being a Japanese company these guys have spoilt the reputation by launching a product without testing I suppose I call upon the Suzuki management to look into it and extend my warranty without any changes to 6 years atleast or clear the glitch .
