Today again i had ordered food, it should take 38 minutes only however took more than 1 hour and when I escalated with swiggy, they were saying delivery is taking time and i have to wait more. Suddenly I found the status of my order showing as delivered however I didn’t even receive my order. Again i have to reorder food and wait for another 40 minutes.This is what swiggy is delivering to its customers. Every alternate order I am facing the issue. It is good to switch to another app instead of asking you for better services.

I had placed an order from dunkin donuts through swiggy for Rs. 1021 from my credit card on 14th Feb’21. Due to some delivery issue the order could not be delivered and the following mail was received and intimated that a replacement order was being sent. Afterward I got a call saying my order was cancelled and as it was a cash order no refund was initiated. When I later contacted customer care an amount of refund if Rs. 426 was initiated. When I asked for the remaining Rs. 595 it was told that the amount would be intited after 24 hours. Today in chatting with customer care I was surprised to find out that the refund is not being processed. (Order No. 96375040794)
