Somehow And it Not available Today But in other Document The Warranty Details are Properly mentioned in Syska invoice
So that is not Mean that if a Certificate Not Available than Warranty Mentioned In Invoice is Void.

I have purchased 8 ceiling fans (HALITO SFP200) for my new house. My neighbor suggested that I not purchase a syska product but I believed in your brand and purchased the fans. Just after completing one year of service life 4 out of 8 fans failed and I registered a complaint for the same on 07/04/2023. Your service representative committed me to resolve the issue in 3 working days. After a week I inquired about my complaint and the same answer given by your help desk ” Your Complaint has been highlighted to the concerned department and shall be attended on priority basis.”
Even after 2 week nobody visited nor called us regarding the Ceiling Fan Complaint. Further I again called your help desk and the same answer was given by them, ” Your Complaint has been highlighted to the concerned department and shall be attended on priority basis.”
Today I again called your help desk and nobody visited for the sad complaint and they said me ” Your Complaint has been highlighted to the concerned department and shall be attended on priority basis.”
Please let me clear one thing: is there any timeline for your complaint handling mechanism or you people are just manipulating the customers. In the summer season I am still waiting for a response from your team even after one month. It seems you are doing fraud with customers in terms of warranty.
