We are Tanishq’s regular customer. We buy a lot of jewelry from Tanishq. We have also been a member of Golden Harvest for many years from Tanishq, C G Road, Ahmedabad.
When we went to buy jewelry two to three times 10 months ago, they showed us a very limited design and forced us to buy jewelery from that design. We wonder how there is such a limited design in tanishq’s showroom?
Today we had a very bad experience. When we went to buy jewelry, we were kept waiting for half an hour.
We were then called for selection. An selsman would come and show you two or three things. Then half an hour later another salesman came and then the manager came and talked horizontally and wasted our three-four hours by drinking tea and water. Some salesmen did not even know what scheme is running now, how much is the discount. This time too we showed a very limited number of jewelry and were satisfied with what we got except what we had to buy.
Now we will consider becoming a member of Golden Harvest and buy tanishq jewelery a hundred times.

Such salesmen/sales girls are not only engaged in maligning your reputation and brand but are also giving rise to the feeling of insecurity regarding investment among the Tanishq customers. I am regular customer of Tanishq. Also I was member of Goden Harvest Scheme and any gold item I have purchased and present to do so also. Recently I have download Tanishq Application and periodically I have purchased Total 2.5 Grams gold online through mobile application. One day I have purchased 02 gold coins of 1 Gram each. After check my available balance it is shows 0.1294 Grams. How it is possible? It is very simple and illiterates person can understand that the balance should be 0.5 Grams instead of 0.1294 Grams. For which I have so many time emails for my balance but they are not reply satisfactorily to me and as par my balance they are shows simple mathematics by showing purchase more than 1 gram while bill issued to me 1 gram each. My experience is very bad and in GHS also only limited items was shows and pressurize by one or another way
