My name is Rammehar Sharma. I am a resident of VPO Gorakhpur Fatehabad.
I just came to know a few days ago that a loan of some other person is going on here under my guarantee, which is not in my knowledge that I have asked you people for any guarantee or loan. Please do inform me clearly about this fact, because I have not found any. The person’s commercial vehicle has not been guaranteed, how did you guys get my documents here, who made my fake signatures and I have not received any verification call in my Number, No ID of my house or any person has come to me for verification There is no call for confirmation, how did you guys put my guarantee, I am sharing you the number and loan account number of that vehicle and please take me out of this guarantee otherwise I will have to take some legal action. By giving my fake documents here to you guys, I have discussed with that guy as well, so he is saying that Tata Finance can do anything by eating money, I gave money to the verification person and my work is done. Do whatever he has to do, he is a fraud man, he is absconding from the village, please get me out of this guarantee, I have nothing to do with this guarantee and neither will I have anything to do with it in the coming time. I am responsible please confiscate your commercial vehicle and side with me. In the whole case, the Hisar branch of Tata Finance has done a big fraud with me.
Please do a thorough investigation and get me out of this fraud guarantee I am not responsible for this in future and please get me out of this as soon as possible because it is affecting my civil very badly

Their are so many grievances from various customers. But TATA MOTOR FINANCE never responds. I have made several frantic calls and emails to sort out my issue. They have never responded. I filed case against them in Consumer Forum,Chennai They keep shifting Offices. While sending several registered letters to their registered postal address, we can only expect it to return. Reason for return will be D/L “DOOR LOCKED”
End of the day it is only we Customers are being fooled, making us to run up and down.
