महाशय, मैने पिछले वर्ष टाटा टियागो xz+ (personal) कार ली थी,जिसका इंसोरेंश रेनुअल की अंतिम तिथि आज 14/06/2020 थी । SS MOTOZEN PVT. LTD (DHANBAD, Jharkhand) द्वारा 8102926956 से मेरे मोबाईल नं0 पर फोन कर रेनुअल इंशोरेंश करने की बात की । मैने उसे लिबर्टी जनरल इंशोरेंश कम्पनी से Vehicle (IDV) Value- 496000 का इंशोरेंश करने के लिये कहा तथा जिसका राशि 13570/- मैने उसके एकाउंट में भेज दिया और उसने पहले एक कोटेशन भी बनाकर दिया।
जब मैने ss motozen, Dhanbad के एकाउंट में पैसा भेजा तो, SS MOTOZEN, DHANBAD के मालिक मधुकर ने मुझे Vehicle (IDV) Value- 457993/- रुपये, जिसका राशि कुल 13517/- रुपये है, का भेजा गया । जब मैने उसे फोन किया और कहा कि आपने मेरे साथ धोखा क्यों किया और मैने तो आपको 13570 रुपये भेजा है, फिर आपने 13517 रुपये का इंशोरेंश कर दिया तथा CAR का IDV Value कम क्यो किया, तो उन्हौने बताया कि इंशोरेंश वाला सारा पैसा ले लिया है। मैने उस इंशोरेंश कंपनी जिसका नं0- 18002090060 है, में फोन कर पूछा तो उसने कहा कि “हमें 13517/- रुपये ही मिले है”.।
फिर मैने जब ss motozen, dhanbad को कई बार फोन किया तो call नही उठा रहा है।
TATA COMPANY हमारे देश का गौरव है, पर SS MOTOZEN, DHANBAD के मालिक मधुकर एवं उसके कर्मचारी के जैसे संकीर्ण सोच के कारण TATA COMPANY बेवजह बदनाम रहती है।
आप से अनुरोध है कि SS MOTOZEN, DHANBAD पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने की क़पा की जाए, ताकि ये किसी ग्राहक को परेशान / धोखा ना दे पाये ।
मेरी बात परसुन विश्वास (TATA COMPANY) के कर्मचारी, मो0नं0 भी हुई और इन्हौने मुझे अच्छा RESPONSE दिया, और परसुन जी के वजह से ही मैने TATA की गाड़ी ली है।

I have purchased a new Harrier XMA model on July 1st 2020 from Derik Motors, Trivandrum, Kerala and I have driven the vehicle for 640 km till now. ( Chassis number MAT631102LPB51679, Engine number 46343841-4061622) Today I have noticed a leak of diesel from a tube adjoining the diesel tank. On close examination I have found a small crack in the tube. I have contacted the Derik motors for the rectification but they are helpless due to the lock down being implemented within the city limits. Now I have to wait till the time the government lifts the lockdown. Government permit restricted local transport within the city limits for purchasing things which I am deprived of now due to the problem with my car. Also I have to travel to Cochin now (which is permitted now by the govt.) to meet my mother (after a long period of 6 months) and show her my new car.
It is pathetic that a new car which cost around 20 lakhs has broken down just after one week of its purchase. I presume that you people are not doing any quality control before delivering the vehicle from your factory. It is a mere act of irresponsibility. I want to say that by selling such bad quality products which costs around 20 lakhs , you are just cheating the customers.
Now I cannot show my face to my close relatives and friends because they laugh at me. Earlier to this I was using a TATA Manza vehicle for 8 years and I drove it for 1.64 lakhs km. I had a lot of faith in TATA cars and I am called as ‘TATA advocate’ among my friends due to my intense affection with my old Manza car. Should I repent for it now ?

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Kashem Ali Mandal from Bangaon North 24 Parganas West Bengal Pin 743235. I have a 2518 LPT BS4 10 wheeler Truck. My Vehicle number is WB270843. On 06.07.2020, my Truck came near Bangaon and broke down. My driver called me and informed me that there was a loud noise from Tel Crown. I then called the H S Automotive workshop of Tata Motors in Bangaon and told them the whole thing, and then they informed me that the mechanic would come to the Truck the next day (07.08.2020) and see what happened.
The next day two mechanics came from H S Automotive and took off the Tel Crown and went to the workshop.
I was informed by H S Automotive that it is under warranty and you will get the replacement in 3 to 4 days.
We then make a complaint online so that my replacement can be done sooner. Complaint No. 1-140203766140. Then again I was called from H S Automotive and told that it will take 8 to 10 days to be replaced.
Again I got a call from Customer Care on 10.08.2020 and I want to know from Customer Care if the problem has been solved? Then I had a conference talk with Mr. Akash, the manager of H S Automotive from Customer Care, and then he got very angry and told me that your Tel Crown will not be replaced and treated me very badly and it also says you can’t do anything by complaining online, customer care won’t help you. Later Mr. Akash (Manager of HS Automotive) and Mr. Tarun( Owner of HS Automotive) called me personally and said that your Tel Crown will not be replaced. You take your Tel Crown from our workshop now and they both treated me very badly. I then went to HS Automotive again and told him that you write to me that your latter pad does not have warranty of Tel Crown and there will be no replacement, then he did not agree to write that and said your Tel Crown replacement by 14.08.2020 will be done.
I went to H S Automotive again on 14.07.2020, then the owner of H S Automotive, Mr. Tarun, called me on the site and said, your Tel Crown will be replaced by 19-20 August and for that you have to pay a bribe of 15000 rupees to Mr. Tarun. If I don’t pay that 15000 rupees, the replacement will not be done from H S Automotive and I was treated very badly again. There is no way H S Automotive is solving my problem and they are treating me very badly.The complaint I made to Customer Care did not take any action against the complainant (complaint number is given).
My truck EMI is Rs. 50,000 per month and driver and helper’s salary is Rs. 15,000. My Truck has been parked since last 06.08.2020 and it is not yet clear when my Truck will run on the road. I have been repeatedly told by H S Automotive that there is no spare material and the date is being extended. Then you tell me where I will pay EMI or salary. Now the condition of the market is very bad. If the truck stands still for so many days, I will be forced to take some bad steps. I think H S Automotive is joking with me. Do you have any rules where there will be a maximum time limit for providing service.
I request you to solve my problem as soon as possible and take some action against H S Automotive.
Replace my Tel Crown as soon as possible. I have two more Tata motors Trucks and I’m very scared now with your service.
Now looking at the service, I think I made a big mistake by buying a Tata Motors Truck.

i purchased one new car Tata Nexon XZA+(O) 1.2 RTN BS6 vide Registration Number DL12CS3808 three months back. i took this car from your authrorized dealer TATA TRIO OKHLA. First of all i m highly dissatisfied by the services provided by TATA MOTORS as i was supposed to receive the smart key with the car but showroom official told me that right now they not having stock of smart key and as and when they get the smart key from the company they will provide the same. Thereafter i contacted number of times to the TATA TRIO OKHLA and never get proper response. on 18/8/2020 one of the official of the TATA TRIO OKHLA contacted me and told me to collect the smart key and on 19/8/2020 i visited the the showroom and collect the smart key and they sync the smart key with my car but when i was returning from the showroom to attend one meeting with my client suddenly my car stop running in the middle of the road . it shows on service signal and my car neither go on drive mode or reverse mode and when i narrated the problem with the helpline number of tata motors the official was not able to understand the problem and told me this type of problem they have not heard before and suggested me that they will provide road side breakdown service and took the car to the nearest authorize service center. i have no other option and i was agreed with the same but thereafter when i was waiting for the breakdown service, i again tried to start the car and suddenly my car start working and now that signal also not shown on the display. thereafter official of break down service of the company visited to the site, i narrated entire incident to him and again he suggested me to visit nearest authorized service center.
sir i purchased this new car after seeing good reputation of the tata motors but i am shocked to see the problem occurred in the new car and this problem make a fear in my mind that if this type of problem again come before me when i am with family or i am running towards my work as i am an advocate and i always rush to one court to another but now i have apprehension that the vehicle sold to me has manufacturing defects weather electronics or otherwise and i am further apprehensive that this kind of problem can create safety and security issues for my other family member as well as my self.
in case the car suddenly stop in the middle of the road then there are great chances of collision by the vehicle coming from backside. luckly last time i barely escaped from any such accident on a very busy road.
hence i request you to kindly arrange full diagnostic done on my vehicle and get the relevant part of the vehicle repaired which is responsible for such mechanical failure or alternate replace the faulty vehicle or if that is not possible then refund the entire amount paid by me along with the appropriate amount of compensation.

I am having very bad experience with sanghi brothers TATA showroom, Indore..
They said they will deliver Nexon which I booked 2 months back..
But till now they have done nothing.. we went to showroom twice because they called us. And upon going they just said car has not arrived..

We bought a Tata Tigor on 12 Aug 2020 [chasis no. MAT629527LK09149]
I would like to file a complaint against the dealership – TREO TATA Safdarjung car dealer.
They did not even told us the features of the car, we bought top model automatic version the car was semi-automatic they didn’t informed us and they sold to us, now we are facing issues regarding the gear shifts, the gear shifts on high rpms (4000rpm) and we also face jerks which later cause us head atche!
The salesgirl in the dealership- Nisha, told us that the registration would be completed in a week and the number would come, after 10 days when we called her she told that she forgot to pay the registration tax, then after 3 days we called her again she said that in that week only the number would come.
And yesterday that was 22nd September 2020, she called and said one person is coming for registration, when the person arrived he said he has to do the number tracing, normally this procedure is done before the customer takes the delivery and they are providing us this service after approximately 1 month and now she is saying one more week and the number would come.
Normally in this time period that is 1 month the RC arrives and they are tracing number of the car !!
We are disappointed from the service,
We bought car from Tata because in this period we thought to give our money to an Indian brand because no point giving money to foreign brands and now they are providing us this service? We are truly disappointed and would never car a car from Tata if this is your service.
And would also like to complaint about the service department we went to the service centre in okhla (industrial area), there we told them our problem first they made us wait more than 3hours and then said its your mistake you bought this car we cant help you! Although we had an argument and we made the systems calibrated but this service is also very disappointing!
We are facing issues regarding the shifting of gears and please we insist you to book an appointment on the service centre and we should not be questioned at all they should know our problem and should clarify at priority!
We earlier complainted as well on mail and reply came asking for chasis no. when I provided them with the details, no reply came at all
I request you to clarify my problem as soon as possible.

Sir i wuld like to share with u that the local Dealer and its staff # KRISHNA MoTORS # kharagpur Dist: Midnapur WB. Chit with me in several issue.
I have book my car on march 2020 and the same delivered on May 20 but till date they didnt provide me the below assurance which was given at the time of purchase .
Requesting your earliest interventiion since i have already made couple of complain but didnt find any resolution till date. Pls find the several issues that i have been facing till date.
1. My car was delivered without any ballons or Ribbon sticker.(Total unprofessionalism).
2.There was no light inside the Car while purchase the car i have point out the issue but the boy from accessories department assured me that the same will be given at the time of 1st servicing.(till date nothing given 1st servicing already done and i have been facing lot of issue while travelling with my family at night and they have to use mobile light even to drink water at back sit.
3.I have paid extra Rs 35,000/ for accessories with TATA brand but the staff from accessories department given me all duplicate product from local market and even asking for GST bill they didnot able to provide me the same.
3.The product which he gave me already damage or torned..and even few product like Sit cover,Handrest,Car cover,Door Bit still not provided.
4.My car no plate was given 2 months ago but till date the dealer not able to provide me the BLUE Book which supposed to be deposited to my Bank within time frame therefor my Bank charge me extra 2800 rs/month as panalty and till date the concern dealear not showing any interest to resolve my issue.
5.Every time i want to meet with the BM of Dealer KRISHNA MOTORS kharagpur he denayed to meet me and providing verious excusues .I never got a single chance to meet him from the date of my purchase.
6.I have raise couple of complain in toll free no but never get updaed on the complains. And my issue remain same.
Under such cercumtances belive me i feel very sad and illifated person to took the decision to purchase Car from TATA MOTORS car.
My family members and my friends now laughed at me because this was a decesion that i had taken against their openion.

I am an corporate employee of Hawkins Cookers Ltd working at Thane . We have bought 6 vehicles of Tata Tiago in the corporate scheme as perk
But to the utter surprise out of the 6 vehicles which have very less NVH and fitment issues, The 5 car were bought from Devgiri dealer and only one car from Concorde Motors . Thane . This is a unique car with all issues.Looks like it was dumped on us by the marketing person Mr Oscar.. You can check the service history of the car. More than 30% of the time in the service station.
My car MH04 DE 2654 was bought in Dec 2018 from the Concorde motors showroom Thane which is closed now as well its service station. The Tata motors service people from Teen hath naka office were also not cooperative and have not supported getting the issue resolved.
The vehicle has terrible NVH issues , fitment, vibration issues, rear shock terribly noisy and spring back effect of all issues attended and arising back in this car. I am terribly unsatisfied with this vehicle. The car is been attended bt Concorde service station first , then to George automobile then to concorde worli and then now at Heritage service centre at Thane
The service SUCKS. No problem is getting resolved . I am fed up. I am myself a Ex Tata employee and if this is the response to the ex employee I acn iamgine about a common person buying a Tata car .The simple answer is 3 cylinder engine vehicle so it will vibrate and aisa he hota hai no issues in the vehicle
I was on the brink of putting this in public domain. But i felt that i put my request to you and hope for the action on it.

To whom so ever installing EV charging station (EVCS)
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a proud owner of an EV SUV.
From an year of research on the internet, it is understood that installation of EVCS are being planned at many of the existing/new Petrol or Diesel Outlets. Further, many MOUs are also being signed between power company/government/ Oil companies in this regard.
I am bit skeptical of installing EVCS at Petrol/Diesel outlets as it will lead to emotional and psychological trauma to EV owners.
I would like to bring about my concern in this regard:
1.The existing Petrol/Diesel Outlets can’t facilitate a long comfortable stay.
2.The charging time spent at fast charging EVCS will be a minimum of 30 to 60 min.
3.More the EVs, the queuing time will also add to charging time.
4.Traffic near outlets will also increase with the number of EVs.
The above will discourage owning an EV vehicle.
I would like to suggest the following:
1. The EVCS should have facilities for good quality halt.
2. Low Cost slow charging EVCS be installed at all parking facilities as a marketing endeavour. These can be at the existing restaurants/food outlets/motels/shopping malls which have the provision of a longer break. It will serve the purposes of having a refreshment and vehicle recharging.
3.Similarly on the highway routes fast charging EVCS should be near entry or exit of any city, near toll stops and meet the requirement of quality halting time.
The above will make the charging time spent by traveller enjoyable thus avoiding any discomfort to the EV owners.
Hope the EV mission is successful.
PS: The Cola companies installed free fridge with their ads at outlets to promote sale of cold drinks.

I have purchased a 912 lpk at Excel Vehicle baramati.
First it took ages to dealer to deliver the vehicle. Now vehicle is available, but vehical hauda is defective , there is gap of inch or two all sides of hauda.(photos attached). So I refused to take delivery.
The response from dealer is frustrating.
My loan emi has already started. And dealer is refusing all logical options resulting in more delay.
We trust tata for its good quality of vehicles and after sells services. This recent event are very frustrating for me as a buyer.

My car Warning Signal of High Coolant temperature and Check Engine as in attached image. I contacted Tata Motors Service @Sanghi Motors Indore on 10.11.2020 and my request was attended by Mr. Harshal Patil . After numerous phonecalls to know of my cars status , I was given my car at 6:00 pm stating that my car was in good condition and all checks were done.
To my surprise as soon as I reached my home which is about 4 kms from the service station the Warning Symbols were showing again.Upon contacting the attendant Mr. Patil again, I was told that this might be a chance and I can drive the vehicle without any issue.
But yesterday (11.11.2020), my car while driving suddenly showed the same Warning Signs and suddenly came to a halt and could not start. Upon my complaint @Tata Motors Roadside emergency assistance team my vehicle has been toed to the service centre.
I request you to kindly look into the matter as it is negligence on the part of the Service team in the first place as my vehicle was not taken care of properly due to which the sudden breakdown happened.

With utmost dissatisfaction i have to say this that the commitment level at which the sales people are working is very pathetic.
I booked the car Nexon XZ+(O)(ST)_White vehicle Chassis No- MAT627144LLN38472 & Engine No- REVTRN11NZXK86731 on 18th September and was said to have a delivery date of 6weeks which then went upto 10weeks and now again it has been extended. The sales person did not bother to follow up or give any positive replies. Constant follow up had to be done. Again the initial booking payment was done online and was supposed to receive the receipt as promised by your sales executive at my office. After constantly chasing him for one whole month i got the receipt. I was hoping that when Tata is involved the commitment level and work ethics of companies and its employees are considerably very genuine and strong. I had been constantly chasing the sales executives for updates and all i got were dates.
I would like the car to be delivered on the said delayed date that is by 30th of this month.
After constantly chasing the executive from the 6th week he never gave me a date and kept telling me that your car will be delivered by this month which was November. All his commitments have failed.Having to face such difficulties and issues i wonder what problems i am awaiting in the future as well with the service and needs.
With utmost displeasure i would think twice before approaching this dealership again.

Sub ¦ engine failed 2 times in warranty period company refuse to replace.
I have taken my commercial vehicle HSNE1613CR from pasco motors gurugram on 2017. the engine having problem after 1900 km engine failed. Then service centre sethi motors rishikesh change the engine again after 2000 km again engine failed now company saying we will not replaced its only done once. I am in warranty period still company say we can repair but engine will not change now every 2 month engine get problem and company fixed it with full charge but not want to replace engine. Even manager also agree that its engine fault but refuce to replace it . After many times request to manager and area head in dehradun regarding this but their behaviour is very rude and say every time do whatever u want nothing will happen. Its work like this. I feel very bad that time I have not done recording of the staff. Really very shame we purchased very costly vehicle one time engine replace still same problem with in warranty period but company do nothing. I promise next time I will never buy tata. I go for other vehicle company.
I need full investigation in this case & also my money back or get the complete work done with engine replace or else I have to take this matter to next level. Already given notice.

Hi,My name is Mr.Nitin Wasurkar and I belong to Nagpur.I purchased Tata Harrier on 2nd Feb 2021 form Jaika Motors Nagpur. I was on my way to Pune on 12th Feb for some official work. The vehicle broke down due to dismantling of coolant pipe. I was stranded with family for 7hrs. The vehicle was towed late night but the pickup man could not board the vehicle on the truck. Also the customer care told me that they will arrange cab to nearby service station.I told them that I am with family and need help.Lastly they called me and asked me to arrange it on my own. I asked them to drop the vehicle to Jalna,Maharashtra as it was nearby service station in sania motors.Early morning I came to know that they had dropped vehicle to Aurangabad.
The aurangabad service team told me that this clear issue of pre inspection on dealer level. However they retficited the issue early morning. post first service the service from dealer was pathetic. could not fix the issue which i have clearly mentioned.
I would request tata motors to clearly look into after sales service as this is the most important aspect of customer satisfaction.I have other toyota vehicles and their service is impeccable.
The only reason for buying harrier was to promote our local brand.
I hope the company takes care of such issues and build trust in the brand.

The dealer promised me they will deliver the car in 10 days time and take my old car.

My name is Sandeep from Kerala and I have been a customer for TATA for like 2 years. I own a Tata Nexon KL 10 BC 4054 car which was purchases by me on date and year 2019 under the name of Sandeep Melepurakkal
My service was always done timely and all is working well. But due to COVID and some lockdown restrictions in our State Kerala I happen to miss one service which was due from TATA Service Center, as I didn’t receive any notification nor any call from the Service center so I could arrange someone to come but unfortunately I didn’t receive any update so it was missed.
My service was done lately but got a bit delayed. But right now I want to renew the service contract with TATA but they refuse to do so just because I missed one due to COVD restrictions in our area.
It was a server and I didn’t want to take any chance as I have a newborn kid so to avoid contact and stay safe following the rules and restrictions provided by the state government, I missed my service date.
Kindly, request you take this as a request to please grant me to renew my service contract again. I need your support and since I’m writing this to you.

Vehicle ALTROZ has into market in the year 2020 January but accessories are not available in their retail out lets . Example , I purchased ALTROZ XE Model in June 2020 but accessories like Remote locking / key is not available till date .
It is surprise to note , this is the situation with Tata Motors .so look into make availability of accessories to New Models coming into market .

1.Dear around 1yr ago paint on top of left door is getting tearing after making a bubble,
2. Around 3months ago the chrome finish of fron left and right handle and rear left handle is being felling out on its own and injured us several times,
3. Left corner blower of ac is not working appropriately.

For this I have verbally communicated to representative of Tata Mudgal motor,Ajmer representative, today when I reached here they denied to sort my issues in Guarantee/Warranty period.They said that in their system my purchased date is 28/02/2019 so they will not cover my vehicle, I don’t understand as I have bought my car in April,2019 so my cover should be stated from the date of purchase how it came on 28/02/2019.Although I might consider it but where all companies are providing covid period era benefits why such a reputed firm likeTata is denying to serve their customer.Where I have convinced my many friends to buy Tata Products.

So, we did a research keeping in mind our budget and identified that Tata Tigor or Nexon can be the best fit. We decided to go for a test drive. I went on to Tata Motors website on 16th March, 2021 and requested for a test drive. I got a call from TM Customer Care and informed that I will get a call back from a dealer named Rudra Motors, Pune. I didn’t receive any call from the dealer.
I, then went ahead and visited Bafna Motors at Wakdewadi, Pune as this location is comparatively closer to my residence. To my surprise, when I entered the showroom, it looked as if it is about to get shutdown. No customers inside, the entire staff occupied the seats which are usually kept for visitors. No one approached me. Finally when approached a group of sales executives having a roundtable chat session, a lady painstakingly got up from her seat to assist me for my requirements. What I understood from her was that the Tata Motors have stopped taking the car bookings. We will inform you next week. Even test drives won’t be possible. It came as a shock to me.
Next day i.e. 17th March I called up again. I heard the same story by a TM Customer Care. I was again informed that I will get a call back from a dealer named Rudra Motors. But No-one from the dealer called. I called up the next day i.e. 18th March. No response. I got a confirmation call from TM Custome care whether the dealer called me. I also called today as well and I was again told that I will get a call from Rudra Motors. No response yet. There is something seriously not right between your
Finally, I decided to write to you. I don’t know how helpful it is going to be for me or the prospects who are looking forward to buying Tata Motors vehicle. But, being the past employee of Tata, I thought it is my moral responsibility to write to you and make you aware about the ground realities of your dealer network who eventually not paying any hid to your requests.
There is no doubt about the availability of the best options available with the competition. New companies entering are super-prompt in responding to customer queries and serve their requirements. It is very unfortunate that the way the prospects are treated, I am left with no other option but to fulfill my car requirement with the competition cars. Also, I am afraid, if the sales process is so painful, how will be the in-warranty service.

Really disappointed by the time taken by Tata motor. You are requested to kindly deliver the vehicle or finalize the invoice of the vehicle by 31.03.2021 so that I can take the benefit of LTC. It was also appraised to the dealer before booking.

1. I had purchased Tata Harrier XZplus on 14 April 2021 vide Chassis No.MAT631574MPC60800.
2. At the time of Delivery given me Single Key instead of Two keys.
3. Not satisfied TATA due to getting a Single Key instead of Two keys which was not told to me at time booking by Dealer.
In case of lost key, there is no option for second key and vehicle will keep standing at one place only. Worst Exeperience so far.

में ग्राहक किसान जितेंद्र पटेल किसान परामर्श केंद्र बड़वाह तहसील बड़वाह जिला खरगोन मध्यप्रदेश का होकर , मेरे दुवारा 16 अप्रेल 2021 को सांघी ब्रदर्स शोरूम इंदौर में टाटा कम्पनी की इंट्रा v 30 गाड़ी को खरीदने हेतु हमने कोटेशन लिया था , किंतु शोरूम के कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों की गलत नियत ( कमीशन खोरी ) के कारण आज दिनांक तक मुझ किसान को गाड़ी नही दी गई। 16 अप्रैल से लेकर अप्रैल के अंत तक मिलने वाली गाड़ी आज तक नही मिल पाई।कस्टमर जिसे व्यपार की भाषा मे भगवान कहा जाता है । व हम जैसे कस्टमर जो कि पेशे से किसान है , वो किसान जिसकी खून पसीने की मेहनत से उत्पन्न अनाज व सब्जियो से सभी का पेट भरता है। यदि वही किसान खून पसीने की कमाई से एक एक रुपया जोड़कर अपने परिवार के सपनो को संजोने के लिये व अपने परिवार की आस को पूरा करने के लिए गाड़ी खरीदने की कोशिश करता है तो , जिसके पीछे उसके परिवार की सालों की उम्मीद लगी होती है , जिस कार की उसका परिवार रोज राह तकता हो , उस सीधे साधे कस्टमर , किसान , के साथ कुछ रुपयों के लिये शोरूम व उसके अधीनस्थ कर्मचारियों के दुवारा उससे झूठ बोलकर , परेशान करके , छल व कपट किया जा रहा है , तो ये लोग चंद रुपये के लिये क्या क्या नही कर सकते। जिसका अंदाजा लगाना मुश्किल है। इन जैसे शोरुम के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों के व्यवहार के कारण टाटा जैसी नामी ग्रामी कम्पनी की बदनामी होती है। टाटा जैसी कम्पनी के कारण ही हमने गाड़ी खरीदने का मन बनाया था। किंतु गलत शोरुम व अधिकारियों कर्मचारियों के कारण मेरा भरोसा ही उठ गया। कृपया आप से निवेदन की मुझे जल्द से जल्द गाड़ी प्रदाय करवाने का कष्ट करें।

they have promised me to deliver the same in 11 weeks time , as I know there is covid situation and due to which they must have delayed the delivery but considering my booking I should have been given the car in mid of april . As of now I have not received any update regarding the same , I request you to kindly deliver my car as soon as possible.
Second I had come to know regarding price hike from 7th of may 2021 I had concern regarding price hike policy , so that query has been solved my customers care sales service that price protection is till 30june 2021, but my question is that where I have booked my car in February and tata motors has unsuccessfully to deliver me my car till 30th june also then why should I bear the price hike ?
Its is Tata motors problem that they are not delivering the car as they committed.
I short want to say to please deliver my Tata nexon XZ+ as soon as possible so that there wont be any argument regarding price hike.

I booked a Nexon Xz+(s) model from Lexus motors ltd in Feb 10 2021. They billed the invoice on 24 April 2021 but my full payment was made on 10 May 2021. The car was registered on 9 May 2021.
In the owner’s manual, the date of delivery was mentioned as the date of invoice.
i want to know how the date of delivery can be the date of invoice?
Because if date of delivery is the date of invoice then when I got the delivery, the 1st service date is already nearer and it has lapsed.

I have booked for a TATA safari in March 24/03/2021 and was promised the same latest by April 15th by the sales team of Adishakti Cars Pvt. Ltd.
I kept trying to reach them, there was no response from their side, till the lock down.
Few days back my car reached the show room and they got in touch with me. On the 23 rd they have sent me a message with I completely missed as I was not keeping well. The message says that I have to buy the car before the 30th of this month or revised prices are applicable. They say they have received an email for the company in this regards. Is this information true.
I am extremely hurt and disappointed with the costumer service received by Adishakti Cars Pvt. Ltd and in turn TATA Motors. I decided to go for your car as it is is made in India and recallable brand.
I don’t understand this arm twisting tactic adopted by Adishakti Cars Pvt. Ltd. Salim (9611586802) The sales team lead is very rude. When the market is so competitive, I believe we should try and hold on to our clients.
I will need a week to 10 days to pick up the car. Please ensure that the car is given to me at the booking price or kindly refund my booking about fully.

I have booked a Tata Safari XT plus way back in april 23rd 2021 and i am in constant touch for the vehicle update with KHT motors Kundanhalli Bangalore
But till 21st july i had minimal update about vehicle assignment. Its me who is continuously connecting with manager Vinayaka Rao and his team but they keeps me in dark or sometimes provides me wrong update.
I feel there is a problem with the sales representatives all over TATA what i see now in the reviews. They are more lethargic and not ready to work kind attitude than other pvt companies like Maruti or Hyundai who i have experienced very much active in keeping the customers updated.
However i want to know what’s the status of my vehicle assignment as of today ie 21st July . Is the vehicle assigned \ not assigned\ how much more time it will take \ will i ever receive the vehicle ?
We bought Tata nexon xms manual petrol , around 6 months back.
In the span of 10 days our engine got locked. Udaipur Rajasthan service centre updated our software for first time but it again hot locked second time.
Me and my husband are stuck currently amid the highway where Tata’s failed to provide even a cab for us. ऊस समय मेरी सैलरी भी पूरी मिली थी अगर ऐसा कुछ होता तो उसी समय मेरी सैलरी से काटा जाना चाहिए था
क्युकी ऐसा कुछ था ही नहीं
और अब मेरी लास्ट सैलरी ( अप्रैल 2021)से वो पैसा भी काट लिया गया है

I am Ravi Bhushan from Roorkee and I have booked Tata Nexon XE through CSD on 06.07.2021. My loan is processed on 16.08.2021 and now I have paid 2 installments to bank and around Rs. 4.50 is paid to CSD.
I need availability certificate from dealer Midas Motors, Roorkee. Midas Motors doesn’t have any car in stock with them.
I have already been penalized by My Bank for not submitting the RC to them. Several times I have contacted tata customer care but didn’t got any satisfactory solution all the time I have been given email ids of concerned persons but there is no response from them please provide me a solution.
I am facing monetary losses. I am giving up on my patience where I am not getting any solution and help from Tata motors.
Kindly look into the matter seriously and do let me know the solution as when I will get the delivery of my vehicle.

मैने 31 जुलाई 2021 को नई टाटा अल्ट्राज XM+ कार ली थी, लेकिन फस्ट सर्विस के कुछ समय बाद गाड़ी के टायर मे हल्का कट दिखाई दिया, परन्तु गाड़ी के टायर का ये कट बढ़ता ही जा रहा था जिसके सम्बन्ध मे मेरे द्वारा दिनांक 11-11-2021 को custumarcare@tatamotors.com पर टायर के फोटू एवं कार इनवॉइस ईमेल करने पर 2 दिन बाद टाटा समर्थ कार सर्विस सेंटर ग्वालियर(मध्य प्रदेश )l से कॉल आई की आप गाड़ी ले कर आ जाये हम देख लेगे, दिनांक 20-11-2021 को अपने ऑफिस से अवकाश ले कर अपने घर भिण्ड (मध्य प्रदेश )से लगभग 80 किलोमीटर दूर टाटा समर्थ कार सर्विस सेंटर ग्वालियर(मध्य प्रदेश ) गया तो उन्होंने मुझे MRF टायर डीलर के पास भेज दिया और मैंने वहा अपनी कार का टायर जमा कर दिया इसके बाद MRF टायर की रिजेक्शन रिपोर्ट आई तो मैंने फिर से टाटा समर्थ कार सर्विस सेंटर ग्वालियर(मध्य प्रदेश ) को बोला की सर अब क्या करना है तो उन्होंने कहा की आप आ जाओ हम देख लेगे और मैंने अपनी कार का टायर टाटा समर्थ कार सर्विस सेंटर ग्वालियर(मध्य प्रदेश ) मे दे दिया फिर कई दिनों कॉल लगाने के बाद सर्विस सेंटर वालो ने कहा की 70% टायर की कीमत दे कर नया टायर ले जाओ l
सर यदि सर्विस सेंटर वाले मुझे पहले ही बता देते की MRF टायर मे कट लगने की कोई गारंटी वारंटी नहीं है तो मे अपना समय और पैसे क्यों बर्वाद करता l मार्किट से नया टायर ले लेता l
मुझे टायर के सम्बन्ध मे दो बार टाटा समर्थ कार सर्विस सेंटर ग्वालियर(मध्य प्रदेश ) वालो ने मेरे घर भिण्ड (मध्य प्रदेश ) से लगभग 80 किलोमीटर दूर क्यों बुलाया, टाटा सर्विस सेंटर वालो ने अपनी कागजी फ़ॉर्मेल्टी पूरी की है और मुझे इसके बदले मे मेरा कीमती समय, पैसे और प्रतिष्ठा के सम्मान को क्षति प्रदान की गई है l अभी एक महीने से मेरी नयी गाड़ी टायर के आभाव मे घर पर खड़ी है l
अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि सम्बंधित सर्विस सेंटर के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करते हुए मुझे अपनी 4 माह पूर्व क्रय की गई कार का नवीन टायर 0% शुल्क पर एवं अपनी कार से आने जाने का का पेट्रोल खर्चा 3000₹ सम्बंधित से दिलवाये जाने का कष्ट करें l

I had booked aTATA car with Sab Motor, Ghaziabad, model- Tata Punch Adventure Mist colour (Automatic) on 23.11.2021 (copy of booking confirmation from Sab Motor (dealer) is attached).
This car was booked for gifting on daughter marriage which was scheduled in Feb,2022. At the time of booking, we had requested the dealer to prepone booking keeping in view the marriage in Feb,2022. We had been expediting with them but despite all these, our car has not yet been delivered and there is no firm commitment by the dealer to deliver the car.
We are completely disappointed with the irresponsible, customer unfriendly and unreliable attitude of your dealer M/s Sab Motor, Ghaziabad.
We have been regularly expediting with their sales team , they have been committing some dates but the same are not met.
We are sorry to say that we now feel to have committed a mistake to book TATA car. Because there is no consideration of customers emergencies and also no seriousness in meeting the commitment by Tata dealer. Even their senior officials talk with irresponsible approach/attitude while dealing with customer.
You are requested to please interfere in this matter on top urgency basis and arrange to deliver the car urgently.

But the company gave me a faulty vehicle which was not working from the first months of purchase…so I had to take loan continuously to pay its installments as the car did not run properly for even one month.I repeatedly told the company but the company ignored it. As a result I am heavily in debt and since last four months the car is deposited with tata motors and my last four installments are pending. Due to this I am under great mental stress and now I have no option but to commit mass suicide along with my wife and seven year old son so I am committing suicide along with my family. sir,maine TATA ACE GOLD ka pickup liya tha jiska engine 13 dino ke bad seized ho gaya, tata ne dusra engine diya lekin usme bar bar kuchh n kuchh problem aata rahta hai .workshopme le jane ke bad realproblem solved hi nahi karte dusra problem bata ke kewal paisebana rahe hai.tata ki bhi taraf se kuchhnahi horaha hai.
We purchased this Nexon from Roshan Motors in the year 2021.
In 2022, we had to put the car for service as it had run 10,000 kms. At the time of service we complained that the bonnet had some issues and also there was much gap compared to other tata Nexon.
At that time they did not took this thing on a serious note and just ignored it.
After this service, in February 2023 we again put the car on service and this time we strictly complained and asked the advisor to solve the bonnet issue on priority.
At that point of time also, the car was in warranty, but they also ignored it and did not took that issue seriously.
On 7th May, 2023 we were going from Jaipur to Faridabad via the Mumbai Expressway. We already had drove 178 kms from Jaipur. Just after entering the Mumbai Highway, when the speed of the car was between 70-80 kmph, the bonnet of the car got opened by itself and it hit the windshield. The bonnet was in front of the windshield and there was no view for the road.
I anyhow managed to park the car at the roadside.
The bonnet had come with such a speed that its corners got stuck in the windshield and damaged it totally. It did not came out with the help of even 2 people.
Now, after complaining again and again because of Tata Motors Negligence we would have died that day and no one would know what happened. After this also they are not ready to accept their mistake and are saying that they are not responsible for what had happened.
Also, after this accident we got mentally shocked and were not able to come out of shock due to such a serious thing, due to which we got high fever. Now we have to travel by auto which is very problematic due to one of our relatives death.
We got our car serviced 2-3 times and strictly complained and asked the advisor that the Bonnet has some issues and they ignored it everytime.
On 7th May I was traveling from Jaipur to Faridabad.
After traveling 178 km from Jaipur, on Mumbai Expressway the Bonnet got opened by itself and hit the windshield very hard and it’s corners got stuck in the windshield and damaged it totally.
We would have met with a very very huge accident due to tata motors negligence.
Now if we are contacting the seniors they are not responding properly and are not ready to accept their mistake and are saying that they are not responsible for what happened.
Also, they are demanding 30,000 for repairing the car.
