    I want to lodge a complaint regarding purchase of my new TVS jupiter just after 1 month of purchased of the scooty I faced the issue that scooty stopped while running on the road and it was not getting started this happened first time on 26/08/2020 I called on road assistance team they came n started my scooty after that it again stopped with in half an hour time. I pushed my scooty and dropped it till Rama Road kirti nagar delhi 110015 service centre.They returned my scooty on 28th evening after resolving the issue and after first service. While going home on 28th my scooty again stopped in the middle of road I called on road assistance at 10:30 pm but their assistance got delayed and they reached on call to me by 11:30pm till time I already pushed my scooty to my home..

    Really dissatisfactory service and product by TVS. service centre and on road assistance team told me it’s manufacturing default.please suggest me why client will suffer for the same…please provide permanent solution for the same and replace my scooty as being a girl I cannot face these issues on a daily basis or else provide me contact number or mail id for the concern team.

    Highly unsatisfied with the newly purchased vechicle as today while coming to office my scooty was getting sudden stopped frequently….

    It was not starting for atleast 15-20 min after kicks also.. it’s too difficult to face such problems daily as similar issue was faced 2-3 days back while going back to home from office in night.

    Need a final solution as earlier also I suffered a lot as I wasted my money and time both for this request urgent support else as a customer I will be forced to approach consumer forum.

    Today it’s 3rd day I have dropped my vehicle to the service center no revert from service centre at all regarding issue in my vehicle or when they will deliver my vehicle..

    Request MD/CEO of the so reputated company TVS MOTORS to look into the issue and provide me a solution that either I will get refund/ new vehicle/ or a guarantee letter that my vehicle will not suffer this breakdown issue in coming three months if it occurs TVS will replace this vehicle.     My scooty is in service centre 5th day is also passed got a call from territory manager Mr. Manoj confirmed me that today he will personally take my case and will diagnos problem in my scooty he was supposed to call back after diagnosing the problem, hope everthing is fine with him as I have not received any call.

    It’s so surprising that after 5th day TVS is not able to diagnose the problem.

    After paying my hard earned money in this pendemic time of covid to purchase a brand new TVS Jupiter in cash I need to pay daily to the cab for traveling to my work place to home n vice versa it daily cost approx INR 650, which becomes approx 3500 for 5 days as well as my time is also getting waste as purpose of purchasing scooty is now null and void will TVS COMPENSATE IT?

    Request a solution from MD/CEO desk else we need to knock the door of consumer court.

    It’s the end of 9th day my scooty is in service centre , not even two months have passed , Territory manager Mr. Manoj spoke to us on date 18th that he will diagnos the problem and will provide mail confirmation that scooty is now ok and will not get any issue in future if it gets the same will be replaced but he didn’t turned back from 18th, we called him on 19th he msged that due to mishappening in his family he will not be able to speak

    We told him ok today also gone we didn’t receive any mail nor any confirmation from TVS

    We have been cheated I am feeling, if you people can’t diagnos the issue it means there is somthing fishi in this scooty and it’s not reliable to take it back now I want this to be replaced or return my money back we will go for good company as from now we cannot rely on TVS.

    I am daily bearing an expense of approx 600 tro n fro for my workplace and home who will bear this cost and such mental harassment from calling to on road.

    We really feeling bad, harrased and hopeless in this case Feeling our money have gone cheated by TVS and it does not matter to you and your team

    Request urgent revert on this as this issue , we have been mailing to you from 27th August and your team is not having any courtesy on us

      Hope you are doing great. I am from Mumbai and facing the same starting issue. When i reached the service center (First Time), as it was the first service due as well, they said that they’ve done scanning from the OBD port and i was told that my scooter has some air issue which is causing this starting problem. Later (Second Time), i was told that may be the Control Unit has issues, so it was changed in front of me and was asked to check if it resolves the issue. But same night, around 9pm my scooty was down, however as i was aware about the process, i waited for 30 mins and tried to start the same by opening the Petrol lid. The scooter started around 9:32pm. As it was a market place it was quite ok to stand there but if someone like my wife or any lady is facing issues with kids or general goods what she will do.

      I hope your issue is resolved and now i will start my fight.

Bought an rtr 160 4v last yr beliving in TV’s ne comeback …from Kerala ,Trivandrum, pmg ,logtech dealer .now feels like shoudnt have chose this brand as engine parts needs to be replaced with in one yr . Worst Service issue faced as if bike has been given to us on free …poor service has lead to damage of the vehicle.request to look into this issue and sort it out or will tarnish the trust on the brand .

  8. Hii…I bought TVS NTORQ vehicle a week ago and face a different kind of issue, on my 1st day
    1- oil leakage in engine
    2- charce bend
    3- vibration in front
    I told all this complaint he tried to solve it did not happen later he said, take the vehicle now come after 2days mechanic are busy. After 2days he said will solve all this when you come for 1st service. Some how convinced. On my 1st service did not do anything just water wash oil change he gave back the vehicle. I said you have done nothing, he said leave your bike tomorrow for half a day I’ll fix everything and I’ll give. I agreed same thing happened same oil leakage again.only Mudgard problem was solved and now he’s telling that give a day time I’ll fix everything. So I request you all please do not by this vechile and service is worst…

    I was also note down all the problem which are facing on bike of all the points when i given my bike at service center, they will told us they would call as soon as but when we can’t getting any responce then we will visit service center 45 days later, when I went there was no work in the bike I stood up and got all the work done, then the next day the problem came in the bike again Problem is another part but they change the other part, they make a way to earn money thats not good for your company reputation So I got upset while putting money in the bike, because then there is a problem will come again, neither there is any part avaliable in agency also I have to buy bike part from the city and I have not any hope or believe on agency you are mine last hope so i will mail you otherwise Now I will file a case in the Consumer Court and put a video on YouTube by setting the bike on fire because I was so upset because spend lots of money and they will also give a local bill and charged huge of everything.

I am writing to complain about the above RADEON BIKE-BS6, which I bought from your company dealer MAA JAGDAMBE AUTOMOBILES (Haldoni more, Near police chowki, kulesara, Greater Noida, G B Nagar, U.P. Pin Code-201306) on 05th Oct 2020.(see the attached photocopy of the Certificate of Registration)We are facing a problem in my bike (RADEON- BS6) that when I change gears after pressing, it automatically moves forward with a jerk. This problem started in my bike after the second service, (we used to get our bike service at MAA JAGDAMBE AUTOMOBILES which are authorized service center of TVS bikes).I went to the agency several times and showed him, sometimes he changed the setting of the clutch and sometimes cleaned it. He did this work at least 3 to 4 times.  Even after this, when it was not correct, then changed its clutch plate and took 1047 Rupees from me. (Please see the attached clutch plate bills for your reference)
    Since the last four month (Second service to fourth service) our bike is not running properly, we have got service done 3 times but there is no improvement even after that. (Please see the attached service books)
    When our bike did not get corrected even after continuous show, we gave our bike to the agency (MAA JAGDAMBE AUTOMOBILES) from 11 February 2021, which the agency has not been able to correct till now. (Please see the attached JOB cards)So i request you that please look into the matter & resolve the same on top most priority because that case is pending since last 4 month and also I demand that you have correct it otherwise replace the faulty bike immediately. All related documents attached for your reference.

I want to inform you that i bought a TVS from M.S Tvs showroom , kunjwani Bye pass ,Guru teg bahadur nagar,Jammu(180015) on 25-june-2020 by name of Najma Begum .but still i didn’t get my vehicle number and RC . While purchasing one employes told me that number will be tag on Home Registry They didn’t even inform that time they required water bill & Electricity bill. After that they told we required your company offer letter where you working we provide behalf of your offer letter.But after giving they don’t provide. After that they transfer my paper work in Rajouri . But still no revert from Rajouri team . As you can see i bought a vehicle on 25-june and today is 16 feb so in 9 months i didn’t get any single solutions by SHOWROOM MANAGER after making a lot call and this is the worst experience ever of mine .So kindly provide the solution which is very important .Hope I’ll get the postive solution .

Nitin,s not have any manners to talk to the ladies,I had take urgent leave from mr. vinod service manager for go to my home town, he told me that you can come back after the holiday and continue your job, and mr. Nitin,s know about that too well, But when I came back from my home town to resume my job, our service manager Vinod refused to keep me in the company, and told me that Nitin Sir has refused to keep you in the company,Then when my husbend spoke to Nitin Sir, he said that I did not refuse to vandana for continue the job, vandana can come back from tomorrow and continue his job, After this, my husbend confirmed my service manager Vinod too, I have a conversation with Nitin sir, he said that vandana will resume his job from tomorrow,
    Vinod sir told me that if Sir has spoken then vandana should come tomorrow, Then same day i received a call from mr. Vinod sir, he told me, you do not come from tomorrow, we have hired another girl for work in the office.After that, on the next day, i went with my husbend to tvs office to meet Nitin Sir md of this company, he spoke in very rude language, and said don’t come to my office and said that you talk with manager Vinod, then we requested him, that Vinod sir is misguiding us again and again, then md. mr. Nitin using abusing language with me and my husbend and refuse for pay my balance salary.i requested to head office tvs pls take strict action against company md. mr. nitin and service manager mr vinod.thanks u

    Myself Shailesh Kumar Sinha, had purchase one TVS Jupiter Zx (RJ14 KC 2456 )on 07 Feb 2021 in Jaipur from KS Motors sikar road Jaipur. On 20 Feb 2021 in night, this bike suddenly off and then does not start. I request to local machenic and he said some fuse had gone and he replace that fuse and agin after one kilometer bike suddenly off, and next day morning at 11:00 i.e 21 Feb 2021 I approch to sale person who give me demo and documents.
    He give number of service personel and send some one to take the bike for service.

    In evening I got the bike again by saying that now there will be no problem. Today again i.e 22 Feb 2021 bike got off suddenly and not starting.

    So again I request the sale person by saying that I don’t require this bike which has this much problem so take your bike and give my money back he approch to same service personel he approch me and take the bike. Photo attached

    Now the question is – who will return my money and how? If not then why? Because I am firm on my decision that I am not going to take this bike back.

    And that too because if new bike has that much problem then what about after one year?

    One more request if you are dening to return money then I want written confirmation from your senior officers side with seal and sign .. Then I will take care.

Velappanchavadi, Chennai… I have faced Gear problem with this vehicle and given to your authored service center GV TVS on 26.03.2021 for rectifying this problem..But they are saying don’t have the spares for more than 10days.   22. I want to lodge a complaint and DRAW attention of CEO of TVS Motor Co that there is a design problem in TVS Ntorq. I have purchased a TVS NTORQ (REGD KL43N4323) in Dec 2020, by paying my hard earned money in this pandemic time in cash.To support Made in India, i have choose TVS in place of HONDA and SUZUKI scooter. I used this scooter for commuting home to office and back. One day i found that the scooter was not started in one attempt. As it is a new scooter i do not care the matter. But another day on 08 Mar 21 while going to office, i am not able to start the scooter at all. Then i called road side TVS assistance. After inspecting he said the battery for starting the scooter is totally discharged. The reason for discharged he was not able to understood, hence it is to be given to nearest dealer which is COCHIN MOTOR in Vytalla, Kerala. It is the same place from where i bought the scooter. On 09 Mar 21, i have given my scooter to TVS MOTOR, Vytala, Kochi branch. I have spoken to Cochin Motor Branch manager Mr Devdas regarding the issue. He said It is the battery issue and they will get the new Amaron Battery as it is under warranty. However, when i spoke to dealer, where manager saying due to non availability of battery they have not able to change the battery whereas his staff saying battery was discharged due to light which is fitted beneath the seat. They have charged the battery. SO THE STAFF WANT TO SAY IT WILL HAPPEN IN FUTURE ALSO DUE TO CONSUMTION OF THE LIGHT. First i learned from TVS that after switch off the Scooter, light remains on which consumed the battery if u dont keep the scooter ON for 24 hrs.
    Consequently i projected the matter to customer care and i got reply on 19 Mar 21. Today is 24 Mar 21, still i have neither got call from local TVS dealer nor from TVS higher authority against my complaint about resolving the issue . I dont know, how many more days i have to spend without the scooter.

    So it is request that MD/CEO to look after issue. I want the battery is to be changed with new battery as it was totally discharged and within the warranty. Or With draw the bike by paying full amount to me. If i am not able to get any solution then i have to knock the door of consumer court.

    I bought TVS APACHE from TVS Showroom Dharuhera on 11th June’2019.
    From Last december’21- I am facing three issues in my bike as listed below.

    1. Exhaust Silencer Issue- Many times i visited the showroom to resolve the issue but they failed, at last they suggested that I change the silencer from last 1 month.When I visited the showroom to change the Silencer, the Showroom authority asked me for money for this. I already explained that it should be covered by warranty because of its manufacturing defect and I am visiting the repair center regularly.
    kINDLY HELP TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE BY CHANGING MY SILENCER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
    2. My bike get shut off at a speed of 70 to 80 suddenly, same thing already explained to the repair authority but no result,, they stated that it st COIL PROBLEM-IT WILL BE REPLACED. So, kindly resolve this issue also.
    3.No light is showing in connectivity- already contacted the repair authority for this but they neglect this by saying that it’s nothing.
    Kindly help to resolve all my issues as soon as possible.

    I am Kishore from west Godavari district, I bough a new TVS XL 100 BS4 at Gokul TVS show room Eluru, west Godavari district. I bought this new byke on Nov 2020, From day1 I am struggling a lot with this byke as it got stopped in between the road & running off some times. Service center team also repaired it multiple times but no hope. Requested them to replace with new byke after multiple visits to service center. Nobody is responding to this matter.

    I had purchased TVS Jupiter scooter having frame no. MD626CG57L3A15846 and engine no. CG5AL3312033 and key no. on 6/7/2020 having registration no.UP12BD4977 from TVS Rajdhani Muzaffarnagar UP. When I am going for third free service on 26/2/2021 at 5160 km the scooter shut down near the service center. When I told this they said the fuel tank pump has been unserviceable. Although I have never left the fuel tank less than 3-4l as I have to go for duty daily and they kept the vehicle at agency for 15 days. But after changing the component and service when I picked up the vehicle, it’s working. But next day when I ran the vehicle for 120 km and stop vehicle to purchase something, it does not get start. After 15-20 minutes it starts again. After that I complaint to service center and they gave some lame reason and then after keeping it for one day they said that it is in good condition now, but next day same problem happen. And after second complaint I got the JOB card INITIATED but still they are unable to solve my problem. When I run scooter in city for 2-3 kms and start again it works but when I ran for 20kms and start again it doesn’t work for 20-30 minutes. And the service center is unable to solve it again. I have all recordings of my conversation between me and the service center but no positive reply from them and they said that they have taken up matter with area manager but still nothing happen. I have complaint to TVS Motors also and my complaint no. is issue ID TVS_Gr.61012600 dated 3/5/2021. So I request you to resolve my issue before the expiry of my warranty or guarantee period otherwise I will be forced to go to the consumer forum to get my problem resolved. This is my second TVS vehicle hope you understand

    In the reference of above subject, i want to lodge a complaint against to Sub dealer TVS Motor Company Nadoti District-Karauli, Rajasthan. As i know that TVS Motor Company is best company in automobile sector and number of customers have blinded faith on it but some Sub dealer of TVS Motor Company are spoilling that goodwill so i want to raise a complaint against them.
    I was purchased a two wheeler scooty from Sub dealer TVS Motor Company Nadoti District-Karauli, Rajasthan dated on 15-01-20221 and paid full amount as Rs. 90000(Scooty+Registration+Number Plate Charge) as told by Hemant Kumar Awasthi Sub dealer and said that he will be provided Registration Certificate and Number Plate in one month from purchase date but he is not able to provide until and giving threat and abuse.

  30. I gave my vehicle AS01DU0831 on 08.07.2021 for service facing problem in running of vehicle. they handover the vehicle on 09.07.2021 but while going to my home I faced the same problem and gave the again for service on 10.07.2021 but by today 20.07.2021 issued not resolved

    i would also like to bring in notice that the service station at adabari doesn’t have spares parts available at the workshop at adabari, they bring spares from their other service centre at betola which took 3 to 4 days to come. i am suffering a lot, kindly arrange to deliver my vehicle today in the condition which i gave at your service station.

    Also the man named Mithun at service is incompatible for the job, as he is not able to manage the service center and can’t manage spares for 2 to 3 days.

    The infrastructure and hygiene of the service center was pathetic with no COVID 19 protocol. The mechanic is also inexperienced and can’t find the problem with the vehicle for 10 days. As a customer i trust TVS but due to my experience at Hindustan Tvs, adabari I have to think in future for choosing TVS .

I have purchased TVS ZX model from Baijnath in Himachal Pradesh district Kangra in the month of December 2020 after 1 month I had two face the problem is charging the battery all of a sudden the battery begins to discharge if just scooty E has not been started within 24 hours the dealer was not able to provide the solution for this then ni4 found the word myself why it is discharging when we E close the the seat that big tight the light light in the Dicky does not goes off as the light sensor is not working properly then the dealer disconnected the the supply for the dikki light after this the new problem started that the scooty e suddenly goes off in the middle of the road and did not show any current then I I push the scooty to the dealer and they sound that the fuse in the front panel gozal this is a very serious problem as I am fishing it regular and no support is being provided to me by the dealer he keeps on saying that no spare parts are available this is is really very bad on the court search repeated company black TVS please provide tuition photos problem otherwise I have to go to consumer court

On complaining to customer care, your area manager Mr. Pawan ji whose mobile number is 8267010110 and Shivshankar ji mobile number 7412074418 says that now the work will be done according to the complaint. It means if I do not complain in the head office then my bike work It would be soon If I do not get my bike in perfect condition within five days then I will burn it only whose dealer will be District Jhunjhunu Rajasthan and TVS Company. I have bought the bike by paying money not to worry. I am very upset please solve my problem as soon as possible.

  37. I brought TVS ntorq to my father around 3 years back.. and i regret of buying it after using Activa for almost 15+years and had no complaints atleast 10years, but this Ntorq have had complaints from 1st year of its drive.
    Vehicle number is KL35J8087
    This had happen many a times.. vehicle auto stops at many when it get drenched in rain. Even after service from showroom TVS Pala the complaint never got resolved fully, vehicle works fine for 2 or 3days and then it stops.
    Another day we got the vehicle to service station and later the same day after half and hour of ride it stopped working.
    We got fed up with this kind of service from TVS pala,Kottayam,Kerala after doing its repair for almost 4/5 times later we decided to get with local repair shop.

    Again after few months it started encountering similar problem.

    Whats happening to this bike.. thats now just over 3years and with n number of complaints.

    Need a help and a proper solution from your end, also kindly consider this as Complaint to TVS PALA BRANCH
    That’s not at all customer friendly and poor service / esp after service issues.

    Very bad experience in ntorq and need a solution at the earliest.

  38. I purchased TVS IQUBE in the month of Dec 2022. Some twenty days back while driving the scooter fell in a pothole and the rim of the rear wheel got bent.

    The issue is whether the rim should bend if the scooter falls into a pothole? I have been using a lot of vehicles but have not seen this in the past.

    I purchased IQUBE keeping the TVS brand name in my mind. I never expected TVS to manufacture such a weak product.

    I even inquired your service station and toll free for rim replacement (I was ready to pay the cost of the rim) but they showed their inability to do so. They told me since the motor comes attached with the rim I have to pay Rs. 30000.00 for replacement of the same. Now is the cost feasible? My scooter has been lying in your workshop for the past 10 – 15 days.

    Pls. guide me through as to how I should proceed further.
