I recently have purchased a usha food processor3810 but its one zar was not working . I registered a complaint in usha customer care , I am shocked to say that the technition does not know A,B,C of the product and his behaviour was not tolerable . He simply asked me to resturn the product feom where i purchased. I thought my moral duty to write to usha and wrote the entire story along with video.

I have buy one sandwich maker and the under guarantee but now there is some problem in that when the complaint raised the call to customer care centre and they have provided complaint no cc2101231036 then i have recieved the call from jalandhar service center mr amanpreet singh he is handling team.he asked me for probelm then i disscussed the problem then he is not ready to arrange the engineer to check product at home and he is dont know how to talk with customer he is so rude on phone then i request him to check the product then disscussed the matter.i dont know how you giving the service
Then mr gurvinder visted the home then he said there is plate issue but till now we didn’t get resolution
Now again today i call the customer care centre and ask for earlier complaint status
He said your complaint has been closed but no one given the resolution and reply for same without customer consent how you can closed teh complaint i dont know

Last week I complaint agaist Usha heater to change coil .but still they didn’t respond me properly
I have purchased USHA AEROSTYLE 50.deliverd on 14/5/2021.after 10 to 11 days cooler stoped working. Lodged complaint CC2105263258,on 26/5/21.Tecnician attended motor to be replaced. Till now no replacement done,many times followuped but no use,pl follow-up and replace the item your company brand may stand.
I hope you are taking good care of Customers, however the same is not reflecting through your service staff.
