I am really very disappointed about the working pattern of such a big online education organization the fact as following:
Sent 3 emails, number of calls but issue is still pending.
New SAM (Mr. Ramakrishna) assured me to come back with solution on Saturday. But when I was not received any call or message I called him but every time he not bothered to revert and also not responded my messages.
After sending email I have just received auto reply and allotting a Ticket number which have no solution.
Now I feel Vedantu officials just passing the time wherein my daughter also feel very high stress due to not arranging classes as on Vedantu officials commitment I stop the services of our Home Tutor.
I am saying you finally it’s question of my daughter future and presently she having heavy mental stress only about Vedantu working who harassed me and my daughter.
Now I feel that I have no option to take legal action against your organization.

As you are already aware that the following which I already mailed you on but no reply received even reminders given:
Contacted Vedantu on 31.03.2021
Coordinated by Ms. Pragyanjali & Ms. Swati of Vedantu informed me all ICSE Classes (apart form Hindi & Sanskrit) are covered & the Fee for the same will be Rs.25000/- but agreed for Rs.23000/-
Thereafter, Ms. Pragyanjali & Ms. Swati coordinated to pay fee & register to start classes & also registered with Bajaj Finance.
I paid Fee First instalment of Rs.2300/- on 1st April,2021.
Thereafter, signed mandate with Bajaj Finance and deducted Rs.2485/-instead of Rs.2300/- which was informed to Mr. Sachin Chauhan who assured me on 13th May,2021 to refund the excess amount Rs.185/- which is still pending.
Only Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology classes are running and English – Language, English – Literature, Geography, History & Economic are still pending.
Now when I message / call to Ms. Swatri, Ms. Pragyanjali & Mr. Sachin Chauhan to know the status of my above issued of your esteemed organization is still not responded.
Ultimately, I lodged complaint on number 9886602456 since last 6-7 days daily I was replied the problem will be sort out by today but still don’t have any solution. Today I again called again & again I got assurance to reply today (Ms. Shriya, Mr. Imran, Mr. Promod, Ms. Simran & Ms. Sraswati attended the call & assure me to resolve the issue.)
Even My emails sent number of times no one bother to attend or replied.

I am also very disappointed with the working pattern of Vedantu. they have displayed phonics reading classes for kids 2-6. but when i took subscription for my 6 year old kid who is the student of first class, they allotted him spoken class instead of reading classes. The councillor whose name is Rashikadeep denied from the fact. even she did not respond. I made a complaint by sending mail on bondwithus@vedantu.com but got no solution. I communicated the same thing four of five times to the representative of vedantu on tollfree no but got no solution.
They are totally unprofessional.
The councillor gave wrong information. I am following this issue since long back. I once again request you to please resolve the above issue & update.
Vendantu is a fraud company. They’ll be kicked out of business within no time. They have unqualified, low wage teachers whom not even NGO schools would hire for free. Moreover, in the name of customer service they just have a toll free number where their representative will never respond to your queries. The sales b!!tch 8100416146 will only respond to you till the time you have not made the payment. Once payment is made, forget they will ever pick your call.
DEMO classes are awesome, but actual classes are a joke. it’s like watching youtube video no feedback at all 🙂

Really the student in their trap after enrollment, Even if you want to de-enroll , there is no provision and a lot of excuses. Over the past 4 months the related books whose payment has been done haven’t been delivered to my house , my daughter is under stress and anxiety because the course is not aligned with her school course and there is no help in regards for de enrollment which we want.
