My friend had a ticket on 08/06/2021 from Delhi to Mumbai, VISTARA flight no UK995 and time 10.15AM. We were told that your flight has left in the morning. But later my friend paid 1485 Rs again to be boarded on the same flight, which is completely wrong. And this is so wrong since A reputed copany like TATA is attached with this company. I will complain about this directly on Ratan Tata and Cyrus Mistri’s site too if you wont resolve and satisfy us.

My wife Ms. Gargi Bhati travelled yesterday July 02, 2022 Delhi to Mumbai by UK951 flight. Her baggage was not delivered in Mumbai arrivals at T2. Following are the acts of the journey events happened yesterday :-
Baggage dropped at check in counter at 1315 hrs, two female executives were working at the check-in counter (one for boarding pass details entry in system, the other was pasting bag tags on the bags) then the boarding pass details entering executive asked my wife your bag was moved without pasting tag on it then immediately check in female executive arranged one ground staff boy, the boy took mobile photo of the boarding pass & promised that the baggage will be delivered at Mumbai for sure. But when flight reached Mumbai, the baggage was missing at Belt No.1 at T2 terminal, also there was not support/ care staff at T2 baggage arrivals for 3 hours at 4.40pm to 7.30 pm, this is not a fair practice, my wife & I are searching everywhere without any help by Vistara staff.
I logged a complaint on Vistara care number 09289228888 four times (Complaint no.: TCT202207025523326 & TCT202207025523348) but care executives were telling of their inability to connect with ground staff teams in Delhi & Mumbai- this is very surprising for me in my past 20 years of air travelling.
Property lost complaint was made yesterday July 02, 2022 at 5pm (File reference : BOMUK11407/02JUL22/1332GMT but there was no resolution provided till 10 pm yesterday the Vistara representatives from Mumbai (Mobile : 7428091262) and Vistara Delhi (Mobile: 7838089056) switched of their respective mobile phones & stopped answering my calls. this is a very bad experience for me.
I am requesting Vistara Management to intervene in the matter and find my baggage immediately as all our clothes & some important documents are in the baggage, it will be very difficult to live without clothes sets & the documents, in Mumbai.

I am a very senior citizen and have always flown Vistara airlines. However, they have been a complete disappointment over this last incident. I had booked tickets for myself and my wife from Delhi to Mumbai on 18 Mar 23, for travel on 15 April. However, on 19 th I cancelled the tickets. This was confirmed to me by your call centre. However, to date the refund has not been made to my account. Details are as follows- PNR P6HOPE. Ticket no. 2282407099399 and 2282407099400. I have spoken to the Call centre and also sent innumerable mails, but to no avail. I had also got an assurance from Ms Anusha Singh, Sr Ex Customer Care, that the payment will be made soon. However, nothing has happened. Last reference number was 15447648. The total amount is Rs 13,876/-
