  1. On. 22/02/2021 I visited your workshop at Haldwani (U.K) As my car was previously service at camp Near Funcity, Bareilly the service camp organised by Haldwani VW workshop. As the technical problem i.e. injector related was not rectified I was called at VW workshop at Haldwani. When I reached workshop around 1.30 PM the service manager took the key of my vehicle Ameo Registration no. UP25CD 1004 and asked me to take out valuable from the the I had INR 23000/- in a packet in Dashboard I took out the packet and placed it in my pocket. As per the advise of service manager to come after lunch I alongwith my colleague went to have some snack to my surprise when I checked the pocket , instead of packet there was a mobile in my pocket I heard a call that was attended it was call from a staff of the workshop he said to me that it is my phone I told him that I am Coming after reaching I asked the person how the mobile was put in my pocket and my packet containing 23000/-was taken out. Kindly show me the recording.I waited there for more than 03 hours but in vain.At Last I gave a complaint at Heera Nagar police post thereat. I request you kindly look into the matter bso that I may get my hard earned money back. Thanks and regards

    I have vento car (PB886688). It is near about 3 months in Amritsar agency. it have an issue of unidentified sound (tik tik). When i went there they said you can take your car by evening or morning it will be ready but when i gone there is saw that the engine was opened when I asked about this matter that why they have opened the engine without my permission. Then they started making silly excuses. I have also complained in customer care many time but they can’t solve my problem,I am very stressed and unhappy and I have no option without going in consumers court.They are not solving my problem. My car has runned 28000 km and it is 2019 model ,I would like get new engine for my car .I hope you Will sort out this . Thank you

HI IAM LIJO KOSHY ABRAHAM AND I HAVE OWNED A VOLKSWAGEN POLO HIGHLINE PLUS HAVING THE REGISTRATION NUMBER KL 30 F 8228 since 4 months iam having the same issue in my vehicle that is my vehicle is showing power drop along with missing and showing glow plug warning lamp in the cluster  i have visited volkwagen authorized service centers for more than 5 times and the last time they have changed the 4th injector too but yesterday evening I got the same issue as before and  am unable to drive my vehicle iam fed up of this worst situation am facing right now and need to get this thing solved as my vehicle is still under warranty period please take urgent actions to solve this issue and help me drive my vehicle with ease

    Subject: – Matter of Fraud

    We visited Tanya Cars Pvt. Ltd showroom, Sanghi Garden, Tonk Road, Jaipur,Rajasthan,India and we booked Volkswagen Polo 1.0 MPI Trend line C-Steel (MT137539) car model in my Father’s name on 31st March 2021 with token amount of ₹ 11,000 (Booking Amount) and ₹ 2,000 initial amount which was demanded in cash. He had given receipt of token price amounting ₹ 11,000 but when we asked for the initial amount receipt your salesperson Mr. Prashant said that ₹ 2,000 amount will be adjusted in your final payment at the time of delivery. At that time our final delivery date was decided on 25th April 2021 but later on due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown restrictions the delivery date was re-scheduled on 5th July 2021.
    Very next day of booking on 1st April 2021 Salesperson Mr. Prashant came to meet us at our home to get complete the necessary paper/documents formalities and during this process he committed for the camera and central lock as we requested him which were not already installed in our selected car model. Salesperson Mr. Prashant demanded some cash amount for the camera amounting ₹ 8,000/- and we paid for the same as he demanded.
    He again requested us to meet our home for the central lock and demanded amounting ₹ 5,500 in cash on 3rd July 2021. On 6th July 2021 one more time he came at our home and rectified his prior statement by saying that the actual price of central lock has been increased from ₹ 5,500 to ₹ 11,000 and after his manager’s approval (Mr. Arpit Arora) he demanded ₹ 5,500/- more in cash.
    We were in good faith with him so we made all the payments and providing all the necessary paper/documents to him but whenever we asked for the payment receipts he was lying by saying the repetitive statements that all due payment receipts will be given on the final delivery date i.e. on 5th July 2021.
    Final payment was made on 28th June 2021 via cheque amounting ₹ 6,68,000 lakhs and car delivered on 5th July 2021 without installation of the committed accessories (Camera and Central Lock) and also the payments which was made earlier at our home in cash was not mentioned anywhere in the final payment receipt. We raised our objection and asked your salesperson to explain the reason behind and then he apologized to us and requested for providing 2-3 days and assured us to complete this pendency with all the pending receipts.
    But after so many follow ups through phone calls and WhatsApp messages on daily basis for the camera and central lock installation, every time he kept falsely promising us and whenever we asked him that if he has no time to come then we can bring our car at your showroom for the same and every time he was making excuses and begging us for his job to not to discuss this issue with his higher Authorities.
    After waiting so long finally we contacted with the Manager, Mr. Arpit Arora on 25th July 2021 via phone call and addressed him for the same. He took the sales person on conference call to know the actual fact but the salesperson is totally denied that he had never visited our home and never demanded for any cash payment for anything.
    Then after, we visited your Showroom on 26th July 2021 to meet Manager, Mr. Arpit Arora. We had a deep discussion with the Manager, Mr. Arpit Arora and he assured us that the issue will be noted and will be resolved on higher priority and he will take all the necessary steps against him.
    We also have shown the phone call and WhatsApp messages to your manager in which that salesperson had committed for those accessories (Camera and Central Lock) and if required we can share phone call recordings and WhatsApp chat messages with you to prove this issue.
    After your manager assurance we waited 2-3 more days but till now we did not get any proper response from your manager. We think he still believes that we are making false allegations on his employee and giving benefit of doubt to that salesperson because whenever we are talking to your manager, he is giving false promises and replying to us that give me one more day to sort out this issue and then I will inform you.
    Since this was our first experience with your company and we always are in good faith that such kind of Big Car Brand will never disappoint their customers but with the huge sadness we have to say that we made a big mistake by trusting your employees and we had to be a victim of fraud in such a big reputed Car Company in the very first time. It was our fault that we trusted your company and your employees and let them come to our house.
    We have brought this issue to your knowledge and we still believe that our query will be resolved ASAP and we hope that this doesn’t happen again to any other customer.

I have vento comfortline model. before enjoying 3 years of ownership, roof joint line catch with rust. work shop ignore by saying it is monkey jump dent. dent deep is 2-3 mm and diameter 4-5 inch. and both driver and passenger side symmetrical line appear. marketing people also ignore and inform us to come show room and can tell above to any person who is coming for new car purchase. they dont care about. german engineering is such poor. small and smart monkey can damage car roof and tends to corrossion. what about anti rust and paint guarantee which is given by german engineers. my friend is in Tata sanand plant, manager in body shop. he said this is manufacturing defect.

  8. I have purchased AMEO HIGHLINE DIESEL AUTOMATIC CAR IN JULY ’19 AND RAN ONLY FOR 12500 KMS. IN THE RECENT FOUR MONTHS, VEHICLE BREAKDOWN FOR THREE TIMES DUE TO ENGINE MALFUNCTIONING AND EVERY TIME VEHICLE WAS TOWED. EVERY TIME THEY ARE CHANGING THE INJECTOR AND NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT THE ROOT CAUSE. I WROTE A MAIL ON 04.12.21 AND CONTACTED CUSTOMER N NUMBER OF TIMES BUT NO ONE IS RESPONDING. THIS IS THE CONDITION OF VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE TO CUSTOMER.

    In continuation of my earlier email dated 9th Feb 2022, I write to state that
    1) Local Manager made no effort to speak to me about the rude behaviour of the supervisor and also what really happened in the service station.
    2) I have paid the general service amount of Rs 19912.00
    3) Sidelight indicator does not work and they have not mentioned either by phone or by letter what should be done to make it work
    4) I have lost faith in the service provided by this centre and hence I request you kindly to make an independent enquiry of the expenditure shown in the enclosed sheets to ascertain the true facts.
    5) I have been put into a lot of misery and distress by this incident and there is absolutely no action by the station manager.
    I hope you will do the needful in this regard so that such a thing should not happen to any other customer in future.

  11. Hello. I had purchased Volkswagen t roc 2021 chassis number Mv125620 engine number PC h15603. On 12 July 2021 from Evm motors maradu kochi.the sales consultant mr.Stuvin .I had noticed and notified him regarding the check engine light being on constantly during delivery for which I was falsely assured saying it is due to Indian petrol being filled and assured that it will be rectified.
    The above mail was send to you for my first complaint. The vehicle has again developed defect in the coolant system now for which it is being looked into in your cheranalloor centre. Inspite of paying 28 lakh rupees for the vehicle I was not able to use it .I had met the assistant sales manager of evm cheranalloor show room but my complaint was ignored. I am Gursehaj Singh.I have a Vento car 2013 model.The headlights of my car got damaged.I called Sirsa agency of Vento Volkswagen.They told me about the unavailability of headlights upto next week.Therefore,on May 23rd ,i contacted Bathinda Volkswagen agency that is nearly 150 km away from my hometown.They assured me to make headlights available and gave me an appointment of 10:30 am on May 24th .The appointment was given by Miss Komal(contact no. 8264177717.)When i was traveling to Bathinda,she called me two times and told me to reach as soon as possible.But when i reached the agency, they told me to wait till 3 pm.I had already told them that i had updated my car’s headlights from 2013 to 2017.I requested spare part employees to provide me headlights so that i could get them installed from any mecahnic.They denied to my proposal.I even told them about Sirsa and Hisar agencies that provide counter sales to customers.They talked very rudely and stated that they don’t care about working procedure of other agencies. I am really disappointed by there behavior because i travelled 150 kms to install headlights only.I communicated to manager Mr. Rakesh about my problem. He told me that he would provide headlights in a packed box .He also told me that he has no guarantee if any damage is found to the headlights.His behaviour disappointed me a lot.His behavior is not in favour of the company. It also affects the sales of the company.They even do not bother about the problems of customers.They even do not care about the image of company that is spoiled by their behaviour.I want a strict action against the concerned staff because they disappointed and harassed me,so that they may understand the value of customers.I hope company would understand my situation and problem and will take a strict step against the misbehavior of the company employees.

    This is to inform you that my car(JH05BR8152) went for service in one of your service centers in Jamshedpur (Imperial Automobile). And after the completing service on 22, January 2022, the service advisor(Arnab Bhattacharya) told us to pay on his number as it was late and the billing counter had been closed, so we followed him and paid him on his number and he provide us with the bill and we left the service center.

    After that, we also claimed the amount from the insurance company against that bill.

    After a few months we took our car for service again in march month and at that time also my service had happened and we took our car back.

    After that when we took our car back for service we got to know from your service center that the amount of 54,224 rs is pending against our car and after some research, we got to know that it was from the service we took in January month. when we showed them that we paid your service advisor they backfire on us and started teaching us the rules that you shouldn’t have paid to the service advisor and different types of excuses and they also not took our car for service.

    so for this, we asked them why this was not confirmed when we took our car for service after January in march they again gave excuses that at that time there was some billing problem going for them so they didn’t notice.

    Also, there are many points like how you released my car without the bill and how the insurance company refunded my amount back without the bill, on all these points they are only giving excuses and no assistance was provided. we also told the company to contact your respective person and ask him, they said that they have fired that person.

    it all seems to be fraud done by your service center and rather than accepting the things they are just teaching us the rules.

    My car is standing without service for the last 5 months and also there is no corporation on this I also complained about this in customer care(CCR10332634) but didn’t get any response.

    I have got the last option to take this in consumer court. it’s totally unacceptable to see fraud happening in a company like Volkswagen which is leading in the world and known for customer satisfaction.

    I would request you please look into this matter otherwise we don’t have any option left except to take this to court.

    I would like to thank you and Your Team for making such a Beautiful product!!! . ” Volkswagen Taigun ” . Also I would like not to be thankful about the Dealer experience with us and our car . I (Mr. Dhiraj Khatri ) Started my Journey with Skoda Volkswagen with a Peppy Red Hot hatchback Skoda Fabia 1.6 Elegance , after being so Satisfied with product and Company we Khatri’s Decided to upgrade Hatchback to Sedan or Compact SUV . So we ended up Choosing Volkswagen Again .
    After a couple of Discussions with Family and friends we shortlisted Volkswagen Taigun .
    With a family Friend (Mr. Pankaj Kulkarni ) Reference I decided to visit Dealerships of Volkswagen Mody Autocorp Mumbai Kandivali West .I was Happy to see the way people Greeted and treated us as nothing less than extended family experience. As it was a monetary decision in all terms . I Requested for Further Negotiation over the price of the car , as It was referred customer I was offered deal on 2022 Manufacture car with a Refuse to Deny deal ( Rs 14,61,000 /- ) Sales person ( Mr. Raj Kokate ) who gave All deal in Details and explained all possibilities ,As I was expecting the Delivery of car by 5th may 2023 (my Mother’s Birthday) which was not possible as it was already 3rd may 2023 . So we decided to Book it on 5th may 2023 , We Tried Reaching Mr. Kokate for Booking Formality after several unanswered calls by Mr. Kokate we decided to move and Book it in the showroom. We reached and got to know Mr. Kokate was on weekly off . So we met Mr. Tejas Dhopte, his Colleague and his Team Manager Mr. Tejas Karmarkar ,and booked our Volkswagen Taigun white Color with Rs 50,000 /- Amount . All thanks to my Friend ( Mr. Kulkarni) Reference we were happy to crack the Deal and experience. Later on the other day I got call from Mr. Kokate that my car is being allotted and Need to complete My balance payment and Documentation part , on 8th may 2023 I made 2 Transactions
    a) Rs 12,59,000/- from my Kotak bank via RTGS
    b) Rs 150,000 /- Cash at Showroom to Mr. Karmarkar team Manager as Again Mr. Kokate was on Leave/ Off
    As I demanded for our Payment Receipts and acknowledgement I was told system are Down we will probably provide u later or at time of delivery, meanwhile I asked them to acknowledge us on WhatsApp message about the Payment of (Cash) Rs 150,000 /- Received and later about Rs 12,59,000 /- RTGS.
    just to crosscheck and inform I called Mr. Kokate and said I have completed my formalities towards our new car. He too replied positively saying “YES” .Other day I asked Mr. Dhopte about my receipts and I was told I will provide them sometime …
    as our delivery was on 12 may 2023. I reached showroom and car was not ready but was getting ready so I waited along with my family .as I had earlier Requested Mr. Dhopte about my car horn upgrade from single to double, informed actual cost of Rs 5000/- , then Mr. Dhopte said if u don’t ask for the bill I can manage at a cheaper cost of Rs 4000 /- which I agreed and paid that amount in cash to Mr. Dhopte . just out of curiosity I asked how ill I know whether its genuine or non-genuine . He then took me to 1st floor where the horn was getting Fitted and He showed me the box packing Where I got Shocked by seeing the Cost of MRP on it Rs 2999 /- when Question I was told 2999 +999 fitting Charges I got convinced and Mr. Dhopte got into some other Work and I was still standing beside the car and observing the fitting of the New car Horn I asked the fitter why it took so long he said I had removed this from other car and then refit it in your car so it took time, I found it fishy but in my delivery joy I overlooked it .
    During the Delivery Documentation part I noticed some calculation errors for which I asked about them .My concern was ignored and said we have already provided the payment Receipts we can have a cross check informed by Mr. kalaskar , while going through the payment I found Rs 150,000/- Receipt missing, I Reminded it again !!! got assurity that they will send me across soon . Was happy with the entire process and car and was enjoying it .
    The next day I reminded Mr. Kokate over WhatsApp message group and phone About my missing Payment receipt and registration amount Calculation .
    Even After Several reminders to Mr. Dhopte And Mr. Kalaskar I was unable to get (cash )payment Receipt of Rs 150,000/- . Mr. Dhopte started ignoring my calls and msgs , I started getting excuses like it’s in my locker and I have forgotten the keys , then the person goes on leave .
    So I Decided to message in a WhatsApp group . NO RESULTS !!!
    Now after chasing all of them for Few days I got exhausted and Decided to call my family Friend who referred me to this dealership and people .
    After Few continuous calls by friend and me I came we came to know that ” WE WERE CHEATED AND DUPED BY RS 50,000/- BY ENTIRE MY CAR SALES MEMBERS ” THE HAND OVER CASH OF RS 150,000/ ON 8TH MAY 2023 WAS NEVER DEPOSITED IN VOLKSWAGEN MUMBAI NORTH DEALERSHIP!!!.
    after Being caught Red handed !!! None of the higher authorities / manager apologized for the same . “ I think you owe me an Apology “
    Mr. Kokate called me up and asked us to close this matter as it was a mistake by his colleagues. and he will return the cash to me .
    They Shared Rs 100,000/- Receipt dated 8th may 2023 & Rs16,000/- Receipt Date 15 may 2023 ( which was deposited post-delivery of my car) and Difference amount was handed over to me By Dhopte on 16 may 2023 at my house premises .
    my car was picked up for some squeaking noise in the cabin on 17th may 2023 which also one issue post-delivery of the car ,today got to know that my car billing was done in Sept 2022 and warranty is started , I asked them and verified them that I bought the car on 12 may 2023 and it should be starting by that day Default !!
    Now I am getting worried about my future services and untold stories and hidden components, after this kind of Harassment, Mental Trauma and Cheating I am UNHAPPY .
    I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AN WRITTEN EXPLANATION BY SKODA VOLKSWAGEN INDIA AND BY DEALERSHIP HIGHER OFFICAL MANAGEMENT .

    Kindly give us an Explanation about this and till how long will this practice continue so I could BLACKLIST this ( VOLKSWAGEN MUMBAI NORTH ) Dealership and search for some other for my future car servicing and other etc…

  15. I AM VERY PROUD TO SAY ONE OF THE OWNER OF POLO (TN 59 BH 4185). I AM LIVING IN MADURAI. FROM THE PURCHASE DATE (14/09/2015) I HAS DOING ALL KINDNS SERVICE IN ONLY IN RAMANI CARS P LTD AT MADAM . ON 10/08/2023 I HAD DONE OIL SERVICE IN RAMANI CARS UNDER SERVICE PACK POLICY. THEY SAY ENGINE OIL WAS LEAKAGE FROM ENGINE DOOR. THERE IS NO SUCH COMPLAINTS BEFORE SERVICE. MORE THAN WEEK MY CAR IS IN RAMNI CAR WORKS SHOP. ONLY NO RESPONSE FROM RAMANI CARS SERVICE PEOPLE . I AM TOTALY GET MENTAL TORCHER. KINDLY ARRANGE TO GET GOOD SERVICE .

    I have recently went to service for a suspected rat bite foe my VW virtus TN 02 BW 8524 at VW mount road on 16.7.2024
    While inspection , there was an accident when one of the VW staff switched on the car and it suddenly moved when one of the service engineer and my driver were examining the car from the front . They narrowly escaped from a grave injury to life .
    At the Same time , there was physical damage to the car on the entire Right side .
    The manager from the showroom ,committed that they will do the needful service and also examine for the suspected rat bite repair within 2-3 days . They accepted their mistake and Inspite of this serious error , i believed they will do the needful work and hand over the vehicle as promised .
    In the mean time , I had a tough problem to manage by regular work , without the car .
    I am a doctor and it was extremely difficult to manage the time to see my patients without my vehicle .
    After 3 days , an other person called me and said there was a rat bite injury to cables and this has be to corrected and it will cost 15000. I Sent my insurance copy to them . I also asked why this was attended simultaneously. Now they said it will take another 3-4 days for the repair on 19.7.2024.
    I told them on 19.7.2024 that I need a spare vehicle till I get my vehicle. As i am out of at station , I told that I will need a car from Monday early morning , and it’s better you give me the car on Sunday (21.4.2024 ) night .
    I have been on continuous follow up but they is no proper reply. I made 3 complaints over phone and every time they mentioned that it will respond in 2 hours and they have not done it .
    Hence I am raising this complaint for the following reasons :
    1) Physical damage to the car in the showroom due to the mistake from your side
    2) A close threat to life due to a negligent Action by the service personnel
    3) why Both the repairs were managed simultaneously
    3) not delivering the car on promised date
    4) Inspite of my repeated request , not providing a spare vehicle , considering their mistake and my nature of work.
    5) extreme slackness ,poor communication and respect of others time .

    I also sending a copy of this mail to my advocate for the needful action .
