With reference to the subject, this is to inform you that we purchased a one ton split AC at Vasanth & Co Ambattur branch on 01st April 2021. After using it for two weeks the AC was not cooling. We raised a complaint and the service was initiated. After examining, the service person informed us that there was indoor coil leakage and it was quite shocking that we were given defective products. We requested a new unit replacement and the service person informed us that it was approved yesterday. But there was no response till now. I have been using Panasonic AC for almost ten years which had no issues. In order to support Indian products, we decided to buy Tata Voltas AC. But to our expectation, it didn’t fulfill our requirement as there was no proper response from your end regarding the replacement.

With reference to the subject, this is to inform you that I purchased a one ton split AC at Kabir Electronics, Chandigarh Road, Kharar Distt Mohali, Punjab on 30th April 2021. After using it for two weeks the AC was not cooling. We raised a complaint as on 15th May 2021. The service person informed us that there was PCB outdoor burnt. We requested a new unit replacement. But there was no response received till date now. But to our expectation, it didn’t fulfill our requirement as there was no proper response from your end regarding the service & replacement. the service dealer as above is being harrassed me, my family including 3 month baby are suffering in this regard. I invested my pocket money which saved with tightened the several expenditures.

I purchased the Voltas split inverter ac in 7 september 2020 it is in warranty but it is not cooling at all and it is smelling a lot we purchased it from shop and we have complaint it in customer care they told us our lobby is so big that ac is not working and cooling properly but when we were going to purchase the ac the dealer suggested to buy inverter technology because it is latest technology we don’t know the A of inverter ac after contacting to the dealer he is saying I cant do anything now and go and do complaint in consumer court. service engineers visited our home they told us that you bought the wrong ac . so can you please help in this regard I have patient in my family with alzimer without ac he cant live in 40 to 45 degree of temperature if not shall I complaint in consumer court? why engineers are not cooperative, why they are saying their own philosophy always they are saying lobby is too big if it is who is reading this mail kindly contact me I will tell you the address and kindly visit our home.

Since last year it has worked smoothly.this year when started it was running but not cooling. Shows P 0 error.last 3 months passed this fault is not rectified. atleast 10 12 efforts applied my local voltas service Biharsharif.
