    I’m Anitha  from Chengalpet.I gave my Yamaha fascino red colour for 2nd free service in chengalpattu branch – 603001. But the bike service is very bad. What are the complaints I told them not to sort out and give back to us.Bikes are not proper in water wash also.So I request you to take it as a complaint and sort out the problems .
    Because while selling the bike in the office , communication is good but after service the bike is very terrible. So please take immediate action.

Hai this is kumar I am a user of yamaha bike I would like to update my bike r15 v2 to r15 v3 but the bluetooth console is not available in r15 v3 but its available in fz so please give a console has a optional for r15 v3 it will be very use full for us so I hope mine and everybody’s request so once again please bring the bluetooth console in r15 v3 thank you and have a nice day

  6. My bike was given on Yamaha (FZ) service. at that time there was no engine problem in the bike, I called you that your bike is serviced, you can take your bike. But when I went to get the bike, I got my bike tested and my bike smoked. My bike was fine when I gave it on service, when I told him this thing, he told me there is a problem in your engine, your bike’s engine will have to be repaired when I said that my bike is under warranty. He said your warranty is over, you will have to pay for the engine.
    Please get my bike repaired.

  7. purchased bike on 29th june. dealer salesperson didnt check all parts and delivered bike. He only showed bluetooth functionality. Found that night headlight projector not working. Raised the issue next morning by calling abhishek bhadra, concerned salesperson. bt he didnt receive call. after calling numerous times next days, i could connect with him once and raised the issue. Since I could not ride the bike on main road due to non installation of no. plate, he said to bring the bike during no. plate installation day. they deliberately delayed the procedure by 18 days. with no headlight, i requested them to install LED flasher for night travel issues, and they said to get it done from outside and never mentioned that could void my warranty. Still, I just fixed the LED switch and brought the bike to showroom for electrical connection on 16th july. They removed all connections without any job card and then released statement that headlight is defective and falsely blamed me for that to defy my warranty claim. They didnt even check properly and then asked me to get it replaced on my 1st servicing on 29th july since they knew its illegal to remove parts without job card. Now they are demanding 14000 from me to replace the headlight and said they cant cover it in warranty. I am helpless and lost all faith in dealer service. Kindly process my warranty claim. I am suffering due to no fault of me and irresponsible and fraud behaviour of dealer. I cant recommend anyone further to go for yamaha bikes due to this pathetic behaviours of dealer.
