I have been following up for my refund for last 10 months and we getting apathy and harassment from you. You also made sure that no one can reach your people. My app only shows that refund had been processed since March 25, 2020. Sending a registered letter for demanding the money with interests. I had a very bad experience with the Zoom car. I had booked a car dated 11.10.2020 with the ID No- JPS6NV2CG but till now the refund amount of Rs. 1103.00 is still pending since long. i had made several complaints in the official twitter handle also regarding my refund amount but till date no resolution has sought from your end.In this regard i once again request you to to kindly look into the said issues and resolve the same at the earliest.

My refund amount of Rs.5560/- (Booking OD:JPS6NBMNE) has not been received yet. Its been more than a one month. As per the policy i have waited for 30 days but still no response. I am not able to contact you people with any of the support number provided.
I have read the comments of other people here i got to know that i wont be getting the money back even if its year.
If dont get any reply or the money i wont be complaining to anyone or going legally.
I can see lot of ZOOM cars in my City i will be breaking anyone car where you need to spare on it which is more than my refund amount.

Hello I am the host of zoomcar in nashik and my ticket number is 1273638, my cars clutch is damaged during ride by zoomcar customer and my car is stuck in service center since 18days, firstly they promised that they will take care of all the charges and now they are like you have to pay 70% of the billing amount, an during this 18 days I had 9 days of bookings which were cancelled,and car is ready since 15days in service center, now it’s time to unlist my car from zoomcar host due to there fake promises and not giving proper response and not even receiving my and service centre’s calls.
