    There was a time when jaquar was the best but now it is not. As earning more service and product is becoming useless and 10 years warranty has no value.

    I bought 4 Jaquar bottle traps (Model number: 32-ALD-CHR-769L300190) from Saini World, Sarjapur Road, Bangalore and installed them in my new house recently.
    From the first day itself after installation all the bottle traps are leaking. When shown to plumber he didn’t even touch it and said this model leaks and if we open it, it will leak more. So they haven’t touched it. Because of this leakage seepage came to my wall and spoiled my wooden flooring and furniture.

    I trusted Jaquar brand and all the warranty but all of these are leaking, if there is problem in the model why are you selling these?
    The representative at the Saini world never told me about expecting these issues, and assured me that they won’t give any problems for a very long time.

    I always had trust in Jaquar brand and have been using your products for a very long time, but this is really disappointing and needs immediate attention.
    Since this is really horrible model, as all the bottle traps are leaking, I want to get them replaced with a better working model.

    • Dear Customer Service Team and Rajesh ji,

      I have bought jaguar fittings for two bathrooms in my house in jan/feb 2021, This was in “grey” color. Since we opted for the premium polished bathroom fittings it was priced twice that of chrome fittings for the premium look.

      However within a month the polish of these products started to come off, I registered a complaint with jaguar customer service about the same:

      Date of complain:11 Nov 2021

      Post this an inspection of the bathrooms was arranged by Jaguar which was completed on 12th Nov 2021.

      After the inspection there has been no update from jaguar’s end

      I am deeply disappointed by Jaguar in this matter:
      first by the product quality of an esteemed company like jaguar of what is touted and sold as premium product at double the price in the market
      second by an extremely poor customer service
      Please note that I have replaced the jet of one of the bathrooms within a month as its polish was coming off, thinking that it is a one time problem, but even the polish of the replacement started to come off.

      Please resolve this asap.

    Happy to introduce myself I’m Ajay Bhasin from Lucknow and a very old time user of Jaquar. You’ll be happy to know All my bathrooms have only and only Jaquar fittings
    Mr, Rajesh, Me and my wife are avid travellers and have travelled across the world and have stayed at properties that use the best Bath ware and sanitary ware. Your company is one of the companies that I give example of, that compares to the best in the world in terms of product quality, however I have a important suggestion to make here, You may make the best fittings but if they are not installed properly they lose all there value in terms of usage or aesthetics.

    As of now a general user like me can go to a jaquar store, buy what he likes but has to get it installed by a local plumber which totally spoils the show. ( As has happened to my new Bathroom)

    My advise is that you may charge whatever but for gods sake get it installed by your trained staff, pl do not leave your world class fittings in the hands of Local plumbers, it ultimately hits your brand equity and gives Jaquar a bad name.

  5. “Jaquar is a fraud company. Useless products and their quality. Jaquar gives farce warranty of 10 years for its products. Jaquar is not at all interested in customer satisfaction, only filling their pockets at the cost of the customer. They decide customer by claiming 10 years warranty and later refuses to honour the same. They are Big cheat. their product is cheap quality with high prices and imported from China, which is currently an enemy country. My 2 Basins of Jaquar has got manufacturing defect and I am running to get them replaced since last 11 months from the date of installation. They are fraud and need to be boycotted. Shame on the management of Jaquar. Beware of Jaquar Products and Ceramic.”

    I am writing to you to bring your attention towards the atrocious service that i have received from jaquar customer care.I currently own few of jaquar accessories and require service for the same.During the past month i have contacted jaquar customer care multiple times and have even spoken to the service area coordinator Mr Mithun but still havent got the service from jaquar. The reference no of complaints with date are as follows
    a)00846065 (22/10/2020) – Technician from jaquar visited and complained about not enough water pressure so the complaint was closed without accessories getting fixed ( I hired a plumber to check the water flow/pressure and he said it’s completely fine.)
    b)00922706 (5/11/2020) – Technician from jaquar asked for a copy of my bill via whatsapp and promised to visit the next day but never contacted again and without even asking me for otp the complaint was closed from jaquar side.
    c)00934846 (9/11/2020) – This time i even spoke with Mr Mithun ( area coordinator ) who assured me that he will personally get my accessories fixed.The technician visited before diwali took notes about what needs to be fixed and both technician and mr mithun assured me it will be fixed within next 3 days but i haven’t heard from both of them since then and yesterday got a message saying it’s coronavirus time so can’t provide service now
    Please look into this matter.

    My name is Krunal V.Raiyani. I m writing this letter to complain to you about the poor service provided by your company. I have purchased Insta Prime Water Heater 24KW in month of November 2020.

    I regret to inform you that it stopped working on 11th February 2021 and I have logged complaint on 12th February 2021 through Jaquar website my complaint no is 00202590.

    The technician has visited my place on 12th February and informed me that the geyser censor is not working so he need to replace that with new one and letter he took random photos of geyser and told us that it will take 15days to come. Imagine 15 days without hot water in winter season with you have kids and parents who is senior citizens.

    Letter the technician has called me on 20th February and told me that part has arrived in office so he came and collect existing defected censor from our geyser and informed us that he will replaced defected censor by evening. Then in evening he came back with new censor after wasting 30 min in installation he told that he has order wrong part hence it is not fitting in geyser properly and gave us assurance that he will come back on Monday and get work done.

    Today we were waiting for that person to come and installed censor as he has committed but he did not came. So we called his senior technician Mr. Nandkumar he told us that the person is coming in sometime. After sometime I got call from Mr. Kishan S. He told that they have to ordered new part and it will take 15 days to come.

    We are really disappointed with the service is provided to by your team.

    Therefor I request you to please send someone who has proper knowledge to resolve my issue as earliest or else take the geyser back and refund my amount.

    My name is “Ganapati D” from Bangalore, I had recently purchased Jaquar items worth around 2 Lacs (for 4 story building has only Jaquar fittings) around 7 months back, I encountered an issue with shower plate (leakage) and geyser (2 having bad noise and water heating problem) and raised a case through support team to address the same.

    Following are the case details:

    Case ID: 00629724 (raised on 18th June) –> Support engineer visited the place after 2 days and went off saying shower visor has to be replaced and will inform the respected authority to call me back and replace it. And no news for a month though I did follow up a couple of times. After a month’s follow up, the support engineer said to raise another case to replace the part and I did again raise the following case for both shower and geyser to address the concerns.

    Case ID: 00755619 (on 16th July) –> Support engineer showed up only after 2 days of case raised and surprised to see engineer came and went off without addressing the issues saying need to order the visor which will take at least 10 days and he is not expert to address the geyser problem. I was shocked by what kind of support Jaquar is providing being such a branded company. I bought 3 geysers and out of that 2 of them are having problems for more than 2 months and we are not able to use them in this rainy or very bad (cold) weather (think of being a family man with kids how we would have survived).

    I did almost everyday follow up and even I made an escalation locally, every time I isto get the response saying somebody will address it soon and TILL TODAY NO ONE BOTHERED TO VISIT THE PLACE TO ADDRESS THE CONCERN.

    I am really frustrated and fed with your company service and kind of response I am getting through which I never had expected from one of the top branded company. I completely lost the trust and I am afraid of my investment considering the experience I had so far.

    One more worst experience happened during this period is that, we had a problem with Jaquar hand spray bathroom fitting and asked the person who came 2nd time to check, he said some part of it needed to be replaced (I guess the same visor problem) and he did replace, but he took Rs. 135/- for it without bill. If the item is in warranty, why would he charged me for it and why there is no bill for it.

    I have all the messages and calls details with me and time I can share those details if required.

    • The Jaguar team never bothers to address the issue raised by customer.. Also its Shocking to know that they will never share the contact details of their All India Service head mail id / phone number … not even Escalation Matrix… Which NO other company avoids to publish/Share… Also their All India Service Mail id : service@jaguar.com is un-manned and NO SOUL from Jaguar team responds not even Auto acknowledgement mail was set up…. Its very clear strategy that LET THE CUSTOMERS lose their Patience / health by yelling repeatedly ..come What may… approach…

  11. Recently I have installed Archimede Steam Cabin (Square) Size: 1000 x 1000 x 2100 mm GSB-WHT-TU000B1H5TX Archimede Steam Cabin (Corner)
    At my home in mandi Himachal pradesh. The system was installed on 19.2 2021 but is giving problems since installation . Initially The water from the drain was spilling in the bathroom . All the points kept in the bathroom were finalised with consultation of ur service engineer.After that the flow freom the shower got restricted and after a lot of calls/struggle got the service engineer for rectification. the same problem cropped up again and was again serviced after a gap of 15 days. The above can be checked from the record of complaints.
    Now again the flow is restricted both from hand as well as top showerand to add to the woes steam generator is also not working. The complaint has been lodged again at toll free number.
    The product was bought so that the same shall be enjoyed and taking bath shall be a new experience, but it is regretted to point out that the same is turning out a horrifying experience. A lot of money ie 180000 was spent on the product but is not giving satisfactory service at all.
    For the past four five months have been wasted in writing down complaints instead of enjoying the product.
    The product was purchased with Jaquar quality in mind but the experience is frustrating.

    It is requested that the concerned service engineer is deputed to check the problem and shall request you for the replacement of the product
    An early action is requested please as during the installation and rectification of the problems also getting service engineer was a struggle.

    I am complaining because of your poor after sales service. To resolve this problem I would like you to provide quality service.

    When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Surya Kant Shukla 7705905838 at your company, and was told that nothing could be done today about my problem. I believe that this response is unfair because we are using your premier products. I would like a written statement explaining your company’s position and what you will do about my complaint.

    I was so amazed to see the journey of yours and making Jaguar as world class product and we feel proud to use such make in india products.

    Keep all this in mind I have invested huge in making our bathroom superior with one of the best in class products by Jaguar….but our dream of quality product shattered with 4 months of using the Jaguar WC due to inferior quality and untrained engineers, In past 4 months our seat cover broken twice out of two bathrooms, we purchased Jaguar keeping in mind quality and durability I am sorry to say both are missing in Jaguar WC.

    Today called engineer to see the issue why such things happening again and again he said screws are lose ….he spend 15 minutes to unlock the seat cover from tried everything I also offered him help but he failed to unlock the seat cover I feel damage already been done in second bathroom too.

    I just wanted to draw your kind attention towards the people giving bad impression and sending the untrained service people and later Neelam customer for all damages.

    Request you kindly look in to and provide replacement as product due to quality issue and whole flat is just 4 month old.

    This is really surprising that after your confirmation mail nobody has even contacted me regarding my problem and its already been one week since I received your mail.

    This is the last mail from my side, if my WC is not getting replaced by this weekend, I will have to approach the consumer court.

    Just to let you know, if this does not get replaced by this weekend, I will leave no stone unturned to create awareness to Delhi/NCR people about your warranty/support system via all the social media to save other people so that they would not go through the same trauma which I am going through currently.

  19. I bought and installed jaquar flush valve and there is now a problem of water dripping from the flush valve. Service request number 01117174 was lodged on 11th August 2023 and today is 29th August 2023 but the problem is still there. One technician attended on 13th August without any tools and I had to buy a wrench for him to work with. He then informed that the washer, valued at Rs 20 needs replacement and will be done next day as he was not carrying one. He called up on 16th to ask whether I am interested to change the whole flush valve worth Rs.6200 + service charges. On being refused, there is no response from the company as a whole and repeated phone calls to the service centre yeilded no result. If you people don’t want to be harrassed this way, stay away from this company Jaquar.
